Honestly, I had a great experience. The unit was ideal for our trip. Clean and everything worked. The best part was working with Ryan however...he is super knowledgable and made the whole experience fantastic! I would definitely recommend.

Ryan and Ashley were wonderful to work with. They were very accommodating and informative . The travel trailer was really great, with one exception, the door to the traveler was very hard to open and close. The mattress was so comfortable!! We will definitely keep them in mind when renting a trailer again!

Great experience! Ryan made sure everything was set-up and explained how to use the trailer and its amenities. Best camping trip because of the convenience of the trailer. The bed was comfortable, stove, fridge and freezer, radio...it all added to the experience. Will use again.

Ryan was amazing! He kept constant contact with me before arriving to our campsite location. Ryan had already set up the RV before we even got there. The RV was clean and well equipped. We didn't have to contact him for the 2 nights we rented the RV. However, he offered to be available at any time in case we needed him. He arrived for the RV a little before check-out time for our campsite allowing us to take full advantage of the RV rental time. I look forward to renting from Ryan again.

Ryan is an excellent host. Very patient with my questions. It was our first time ever rving and using outdoorsy so we were kind of nervous but it worked out!

Ryan was great to work with. He kept in contact prior to delivery. He brought us the camper when expected, set it up for us, and provided a tutorial of the various functionalities. Likewise, when our week ended, Ryan worked with us with respect to the pickup time; mind you, this was in the rain. All went extremely well, and I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone.

Trailer was clean. Such a great experience. Ryan was great, so easy to get a hold of whenever I had any questions or concerns since this was my first time renting a trailer. Highly recommend renting from him.

This was my first time using Outdoorsy and I have great feedback on the whole process with Ryan. I was camping on the Santa Barbara coast with my family in November, and figured we'd need some shelter from the cold evenings. I found Ryan's listing and it looked great and affordable, so I booked. He had a 48-hour cancellation policy and called me right away to talk through logistics and preparedness.
