Our family had such a great time in this RV. Very spacious but fairly easy to drive. Well taken care of and great for family camping!
Renter please beware! This RV is very tired! We rented this RV for a 22-day cross country trip. The oven did not work, the plumbing did not drain correctly (and drained into the living compartment) and we had several issues with the electricity. When we dropped the RV off at the end of our trip, we were informed that it was something we did wrong that caused is not to have power within the unit. I'm not sure I accept that excuse, because the house batteries did not work at all (they never charged - if they charged we would have been able to use electrical outlets from the house battery). So, we had no power. We couldn't charge our phones, plug in a coffee pot or use a blow dryer. We had to clean the unit for 2 hours before we departed because it was very dirty, grimy and definitely not sanitized (see photos). I'm disappointed that Outdoorsy didn't have a stricter protocol for sanitization especially during these covid times. The bathroom wasn't wiped down and the toilet and shower were disgusting. The owner told us he would provide toilet paper because the RV needs to use a special kind of toilet paper. He left us 2 half rolls of toilet paper (for 22 days - oh boy!). The shade in the master bedroom was broken (so we hung bath towels in the windows) Several drawers and doors were held closed with duct tape (that came un-"taped" several times during transit and our shins and head were the victims!). Good luck if you rent this RV but know what you are getting ahead of time. We wish we took a look at the unit before committing to the rental. It may be okay for a weekend camping trip, but if you're planning on a trip longer than that, this may not be the vehicle for you. We had to cut our trip short because of the many challenges we were dealing with on this RV. Also, Outdoorsy customer service leaves a lot to be desired. We contacted them mid-way on our trip. They offered to get us a new Rv, but the minute we accepted and said yes, yes, please, we'd like a new RV, they went radio silent on us. From a safety point of view, the smoke detector was broken and the fire extinguisher expired. Rain water poured in from the AC unit on the roof so bring an extra bucket to collect the water! Also, the lights in the unit must have a short in them because they are constantly flickering like a disco ball, so if you get migraine headaches, bring the Excederin! Good Luck!
