Terry’s vehicle was listed as available for our desired dates. We booked and sent him an introduction message. Later that day I received a message saying “sorry it’s spoken for already.” I confirmed via messaging with Terry that the vehicle was not available for any of the booked dates and then immediately requested Terry cancel the reservation, as cancelling on our end would result in a 25% charge. I did not hear back from him for two days, at which point the full charge had been processed. I tried using Outdoorsy’s chat feature and when that failed I spent an hour on hold before reaching a very helpful customer service representative who reversed the charge. I do NOT recommend renting from Terry.

Terry was very informative and excellent at communication. He was excellent to work with and I would use him again if needed.
