We purchased this RV new and full timed in it for 2 years traveling from Maryland to New Mexico, up to South Dakota and down to Florida. Since settling down in East TN we still travel to Florida for a few months each winter as well as several other short trips throughout the year. We are offering our RV up for other folks to enjoy when we aren't using it. Hopefully you will enjoy the RVing experience as much as we have.

Not an RV you see everyday, a Class A Toy Hauler, you read that right. TOY HAULER. Bring your toys because this RV has a garage that is 10'2" deep and can hold 2 large motorcycles, some side by sides, golf cart (send measurements so I can confirm it will fit), a families worth of bicycles, kayaks, etc... Has a V10 gas engine, rear view and side view camera make this rig easy to drive and see what's around you. Hydraulic auto leveler makes set up quick and easy. Sleeps 8 adults (short queen in bedroom, drop down full size bunk over cab, full size in loft, and benches in garage make 2 singles or a king bed) and dinette will sleep 2 children. 50amp coach with 2 ACs and a small AC in Garage. 4 TVs (3 inside and 1 outside). 5500 watt gas powered generator, propane stove/oven, convection microwave, residential fridge, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, cook ware, utensils, linens, propane grill, lawn chairs, beach towels and pool toys. Everything you need to start enjoying your vacation is included. Rear ramp can be configured into a fenced patio. 3 powered awnings (2 lighted on patio side, 1 over rear deck)along with a large outdoor patio rug will make lounging under the awning comfy and relaxing. Everything you could possibly need for setting up is included. Surge protector, power cord, cable TV cord, sewer connections and water hoses included for drinking water and black tank flushing. Come and enjoy the beautiful Smokey Mountains or the Cumberland Plateau. We offer delivery and set up, if requested, and your personal vehicle can be left at our secure, private property for storage if needed. PET FRIENDLY! NON SMOKING! NO BRIMSTONE CAMPGROUND RENTALS!!

Tim is absolutely first class. Top notch communication and everything was 100% on his legendary Thor RV. Super clean and stocked with anything you could think you may need camping.

Tim was very helpful and accommodating. His communication was great before, during, and returning. We had a such a wonderful time! Tim had everything we needed for a perfect weekend. The RV was extremely clean and well-kept. If you are thinking about renting this one don't hesitate, you will be glad you did!

If you are considering this listing...do it! Tim's communication with us from the start was phenomenal! Before our trip we had several questions for him and he was so quick to respond and answer all of our questions. We took a trip to meet friends in Crossville, TN and because it was within a reasonable delivery range, Tim delivered the toy hauler to our campsite, set it up for us and on departing day was there right on time to pick it up. The hauler had everything we needed for a long Labor Day weekend stay. We only had to bring our personal items. If ever we have the need to rent a camper/hauler again....it will definitely be this one! We highly recommend it, Tim and his lovely wife! Thank you guys for being awesome.
