My wife and I had a great rental experience with Richard. The RV was in great shape, all systems functioned flawlessly during our nearly two week trip. Richard is clearly someone who cares a lot about his equipment and seeing that it's maintained in top condition. It had a lot of what we needed already inside. The generator is remarkably efficient when powering the AC. It was a perfect fit for our trip.

We had a great time in Richard's motor home and would absolutely rent again. We took it to a music festival at The Gorge Amphitheater and were on 50-amp power, using Richard's included adapter, while parked, but still used the genny a little while loading/unloading at home.There was some electrical weirdness that caused the side and rear backup cams to work intermittently. This wasn't an issue for us as I just asked my wife to help me park, but if you're solo then it could be a bigger deal. The rear cam worked about 95% of the time and the side cams which tried to come on when we turned on the turn signal only worked about 10% of the time. However, this also wasn't an issue with visibility because the rear view mirrors on this RV are great. There were no blind spots while driving and I found it very easy to track vehicles around me.For some reason, the in-dash stereo, which supports Bluetooth, mutes (not pauses) whatever music you're playing when you turn on your turn signal and unmutes when the signal turns off. It's because it switches to the side cam, but I can't fathom what engineer thought this was a good idea. After thoroughly exploring the settings, I couldn't find a way to change it. The speakers in this RV, as with most RVs, are terrible, so if you're into music then I strongly recommend you bring your own larger Bluetooth speaker. It's always noisy driving an RV, so a smaller speaker might not do it. Richard has a nice amount of Bluetooth plugs up front, 4 I think, so no issues running your devices. There's a 12V plug if you want to bring an inverter for when you're driving. He has a 3-port USB adapter plugged in there for you to use, otherwise.The A/C did great, though we only got up to about 87 deg F. We were in direct sunlight the entire time and it kept us nice and cool. However, you need to know that it takes a while (45-60 seconds) to click on sometimes, so just be patient. I thought it might not be working one day, but once I gave it enough time, it clicked on. This delay is only for the thermostat, though. If you need it on immediately, then flip it to "On" (rather than "Auto") and it comes on immediately and is nice and cold. He also had an oscillating fan in the bedroom which helped. The vents back there delivered a good amount of cold air, just not with much force - very typical for 30-amp RVs.The TV setup is nice, though a little unusual. There's a 3-way HDMI selector in the cabinet that needs to be manually switched if you want to go from DirecTV to DVD or your other source. Once you get this figured out, though, it's very easy to add your own sources. We brought a Chromecast and had no issues quickly moving that from the TV in the bedroom to the one in the main room. Most typical straight HDMI cables (not 90 deg angled) should be fine, though you may need to thread it through the cabinet in the bedroom, which is pretty easy. If you just want to watch cable TV and DVDs, then you won't have to mess with the system at all.

This motorhome met all our needs. Richard was very through in explaining everything we could ever need to know to drive and operate it. It comes fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. Richard responds to messages almost immediately. Will definitely rent from him again.

The trip started off well and on a positive note Richard was very communicative throughout the process and showed us the rig for almost 2 hours. It was also very clean. The problems began once we arrived at our campsite as the RV we rented was not in perfect working condition. The previous renter had broken the jacks to level the RV so it was slanted the entire time and could have been unsafe if we were on a steeper hill and we did not sleep well as a result. Also there was an electrical problem in the main cabin that made the lights remain on throughout our entire stay, which kept us up and our baby. The air conditioning broke on the second day and at one point was blowing out hot air during a heatwave. Our trip was so uncomfortable we wanted to come home the second day. And we felt misled because the owner told us the problems with the vehicle would not impact our trip, and they more than did. He did not offer any compensation for our inconveniences and when we made a formal request to ask for compensation from Outdoorsy, he decided to retaliate by going after our security deposit even though he signed off that everything was OK. I don’t like making negative reviews, especially when someone’s livelihood is on the line, but this was by far one of our worst travel experiences and we wish Richard would have handled it better.

We rented this RV for a 3 day festival and had a great time. Every little thing has been thought of (and labeled). Drives great, too! The unit itself was nice and spacious. No mechanical issues or surprises upon pickup. The only thing is the A/C struggled to keep up with the 100 degree heat during the day. Recommend getting more fans for circulation since there’s only one A/C unit. Other than that, we had zero issues and a very smooth experience. Thanks again!

Wonderful RV for a large family. Easy to use and well stocked. Kids had plenty of places to sleep. Nice and clean. Owners are very accommodating and flexible and helped make our first RV rental an easy stress free one

Richard was AMAZING! Answered all my questions prior to arriving, was thorough explaining how everything works once we arrived, even picked my family of 6 up at the airport so we didn't have to Uber to them. Notes throughout the RV on tips/tricks (how to work things) so we didn't have to pull the binder out each time. LOVED the binder, everything was organized to easily find what we needed to know. Definitely would rent this RV again if we make another trip out to the area! This family definitely cares about their business and wants you to enjoy their RV and the state they live in!

Had a great time on our trip to South Dakota via Yellowstone. This motorhome was very comfortable and Richard is a very attentive owner. Any questions were answered within minutes. We are in between motorhomes and decided to rent a class A to make sure it is what we wanted. It drove well and we flat towed our Jeep without any complaints. Thank you Richard and Sharon for allowing us to rent this RV.

We had a wonderful time! The RV was spotless and in perfect working condition. There were 8 of us, 4 adults, 2 medium kids, and 2 small kids, for 3 nights, everyone was comfortable. It was great working with Richard, he helped make our trip great. The RV includes so many extras. Everything worked perfectly. RV was clean and seemed new. Easy to drive and handles mountain passes like a champ. Would definitely rent this RV again.

Trip was awesome. Richard made sure we were more than prepared and well informed for our first RV rental. It was very clean and well maintained.If we had questions about the RV on our trip he was prompt at making sure to get to us as soon as possible. Nice layout with or without the slide out. Comfortable bed..The RV is well outfitted and everything is labeled. He did a very thorough walkthrough of the RV before departure and made himself available for whatever questions we might have.

This was a family dream of ours for a long time. So we were very happy when we found this RV! We took a trip down to San Diego as a family of 6, and it was the perfect amount of space for us. It was very lovely to meet Richard and his wife! One of the things that we are thankful for is the quick response to any confusion or questions us RV amateurs had along the way. Richard was quick to respond, and always willing to help. The RV was incredibly clean, sanitized, and absolutely no smell. Everything was organized, labeled, and had detailed instructions on how to operate. We are already planning our next trip, and can’t wait to rent again. 10/10!!

It was such an amazing trip. The motor home was stocked with everything we needed and things we didn’t even think of. The owner was amazing to work with. There were six of us on the trip and three small dogs. What a great experience!

What a fun experience! The RV came equipped with pretty much everything we could possibly need. Bedding, kitchen stuff, cleaning supplies, camping supplies, and all the things you might want like TVs galore, ample seats and comfy beds! Richard spent a good amount of time and effort helping us learn the ropes as first time RV renters. Everything was labeled and detailed instructions of the technical details, but he was also very available for questions during the trip while we worked on figuring things out the first night. It was a ton of fun getting to do a little family adventure with an RV. We were a little unsure how complicated it would be to just jump into an RV and camp out, but they really have thought of everything you might need. Richard and his family are genuinely nice people and it was a pleasure working with them. Thank you for allowing us your motorhome for a few days.

We had a great experience on our trip! It was our first time in a Class A and Sharron let us test drive it before we made our decision. Everything was well-documented inside and outside the vehicle and we were comfortable with all the features by the end of the first day. It had everything we needed for a multi-week adventure through city and desert. I miss it already!

Amazing RV with all the amenities we could ask for. My 4 kids, wife and our dog enjoyed it so much. Richard, Sharron’s husband was extremely helpful and very thorough. I would definitely rent from them again!!
