The park is owned and operated by two Eugene natives who love and appreciate the beauty of the surrounding nature. They brought exceptional skills to design an outstanding RV park. Just 10 minutes away from the convenience of the city, Deerwood RV Park offers spacious paved sites, which are long and level, and include full hookups with 30 or 50 amp electric, cable TV and wifi access. The clean restrooms and laundry area more than make up for the lack of other amenities such as a store, pool, and pet area. On Saturday mornings there is a fantastic free pancake breakfast for all guests.

The Albany/Corvallis KOA in Albany, Oregon has all types of sites available for their guests. The park is in a wonderful country setting with beautiful green grass and trees. People return to choose their Christmas trees from the land that is also filled with apple trees and berry bushes. The park has been owned and operated by the same family since 1987 on land has been in the family since 1916. They built the facilities from the ground up. There are stores nearby, and laundry, mini-golf, and restrooms at the park. Back-in sites have water, cable TV, WiFi, and 30/20 amp.
