Renter and driver must be 30 years or older. We rent to travelers going to the the following states: ARkansas, IowA, ILlinois, INdiana, KentuckY, MIchigan MinNesota, MissOuri, OHio, TeNnessee and WIsconsin. The RV is GPS track enabled. Clean and low mileage motor home with full size bathroom and two slide outs. Queen size bed in bedroom. Jack knife couch (twin size) and fold down dinette table that converts to sleeping bed ( short twin size). TV in main area and bedroom. Equipped with stove, microwave, refrigerator, heat and air conditioning. Supplied with pots/pans, dish towels, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, broom, outdoor chairs, very small charcoal grill and upon request - bike rack. Only ONE PET Allowed with fee. Must select Essential or Peace of Mind insurance coverage which will include roadside assistance. Pick up and drop off time is 5PM Mon - Fri. On Saturday or Sunday pick up can by 9AM for an add on fee of $95. Drop off is always 5PM. There is no credit for early drop-off. We do not negotiate the nightly rate or mileage costs. We do not rent for less than 5 nights unless you pay for 5 nights.

Check in check out process was thorough. RV was very clean and stocked with essential kitchen items. John and Linda went over everything in detail. We drove it 2 hours out to Michigan, no problems.

There is a 5PM pick up and drop off time. On Saturday and Sundays there is an option to pick up at 9AM for an additional fee.
