Our PET Friendly trailer includes "Teddy Bear" double size bunks each with a weight capacity of 600 lbs. Freshly painted cabinets. Beautiful modern vinyl flooring throughout. Fully functional kitchen which includes a gas stove, oven and microwave with a couple basic pots and pans and serving and cooking ware. Our trailer has tall ceilings including in the shower for better comfort with taller people. LED lights. Coffee maker with coffee, hot cocoa and tea available for your enjoyment. Cups, plates, tableware, coffee cups and pet food and water bowls provided. Trailer is set up with anti sway weight distribution set up for safer smoother drives. Folding table and chairs available if needed. Games and puzzle loaded for your entertainment. Any other items needed for your enjoyment please ask and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Laura and James were amazing Outdoorsy Hosts! The camper was clean inside and out and well stocked. They took time to deliver it to our campsite and set up everything. We were the envy of the campground!

This Rental experience could not have been any easier. We elected for the owners to drop off our rental on site and they were there, set up, and did a walk through to show us all the ropes and it was a breeze. They left us a cute gift as well which came in handy and was thoughtful. At the end of our rental they picked up the rental ending our trip stress free. We will rent from them again!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
The RV can be dropped off and picked up at a time discussed with the renter.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
All the hook ups are located in the drivers side (left if looking from the rear) and hook up very simply and directly. Water hooks up with a pressure regulator as well as a supplied water filter. Black and grey tank have around 25 feet of distance to reach the dump hook up. Electric is hooked up with a surge protector and proper amperage adapter/ connector. The trailer is wired with a 30 amp connection.
