As first timers, it was a great experience. They were super helpful with how to videos ahead of time, answering questions and any concerns by text throughout the trip and accommodating when we needed to extend the trip by a day. The kiddos enjoyed all the space and areas to play as well.

I had to call for help with a few minor issues, but I was always able to get a hold of someone to guide me through fixing the problem right away.

This was our first RV experience and it was a good one. We were happy that the RV came with linens, towels, kitchenware, general supplies (dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, coffee, etc), even some DVD movies and games. We just needed to add our clothes and food and we're good to go.

What a great trip! Absolutely flawless execution on drop off and pick up. RV was clean and functioned without issue during our 8 day trip. If there was a way to give 6 stars, I would. Highly recommend Escape RV Rental. Do yourself a favor, get you and your family out on the road away from the stress and make some memories! Thanks Escape RV, my family and I appreciate everything you did for us!

What a great family and RV!!! Had such a great experience renting from them for my son's campout! I had the RV delivered and they not only had it placed exactly where I wanted it but also had everything setup and in place with the beds made etc so we didn't have to do anything once arrived except unpack our clothes. Amazing experience and would definitely recommend renting from them, I will certainly use again.
