Nelly was fantastic to work with. She made the pick up and drop off very easy and was always very responsive and accommodating to our schedule. The RV is in excellent shape and was perfectly clean. It was easier to drive than expected which is always a plus! I will 100% be renting from Nelly again. Thank you!

Our experience was horrific! We had two flat tires and were left overnight at a truck stop because you couldn’t find a person to service our RV. We will never rent an RV from you again. So happy we got the $60/day insurance that covered absolutely nothing!!!!

Becky you know that we are very sorry on your experience with outdoorsy roadside assistance and truly this is the first time any renter that we have had got into a situation like that on the tires and it wasn’t solve on a timely manner. All Outdoorsy service as our concern has been great.
Also because of the situation Nelly paid you every single penny you spent and more due to the inconvenience you had.
Thank God you made it safe and had your dream wedding and our RV was part of it. And like you said “out of all your planning we were the only ones that stick to your plan after COVID hit all of us and you had to reschedule and we were there for you”
“For all RV renters please understand that at road anything that is not planned can happen on the, and has nothing to do with the owners of the RV”

It was an amazing experience
Everything in the RV worked as supposed
Sammy was available all the time for the tiniest of the questions. We contacted him a lot since was our first time in an RV

My trip and experience with Sammy & Nellys’s RV was beyond amazing. It was my first time renting or even driving an RV. Sammy and Nelly were amazing and walked me through all the processes that it’s takes to get the RV running and fully functional. The RV itself was super cozy, spacious, and perfect for a nice getaway. Overall this was an amazing experience, superb customer service, and the RV had all the bells and whistles. I really appreciate Sammy and Nelly’s organization and commitment throughout the whole trip.

We had to rent our 32’ Class C Forest River sight unseen due to virus concerns and so we had to rely on Sammy to assure us their unit was as advertised IT WAS and more!!! Great rig, easy to drive (we did over 1,200 miles in 2 weeks) great and quick response when we had a few questions! Would do it again and we highly recommend Neily and Sammy - you will not be disappointed.

Nelly and Sammy were amazing. Although we have a small trailer, we had never been in or rented a class C. They went over all the details throughly, answered our questions with patience in the intro and were 100% accessible during our rental period to answer additional questions as they came up.

Sammy and Nelly were fantastic to rent from. This was our first time RV camping and things couldn’t have gone any better. The RV was extremely well equipped, clean and full of amenities. Wow! What a great experience. We took a 30 day trip with our family of 7 on this RV and had a great time. From pickup to travel to drop off, it all went great. We’d definitely rent from Sammy again!

Our entire experience, from pre-booking to RV pickup, was 5 stars across the board! The communication, information and willingness to help from Sammy and Nelly was outstanding. The RV was in mint condition, so much so that my family and I kept thinking we had driven it off the lot. We rented the Forester for 6 people and had plenty of room and comfort throughout our 4 days exploring. As advertised, the RV came fully stocked with all the comforters of home and we are so thankful to have selected Sammy and Nelly’s RV for our weekend experience! Highly recommend, thanks again!

What a great vacation rental! Everything about this was better than renting from a big company. Sammy and Nelly well friendly, informative, and willing to work with my schedule to make pickup and drop-off a snap! The Forester was super nice and better than I expected, everything was included and we needed no extra supplies, even folding chairs and a big mat are included! Can't wait to rent again!

Sammy and Nelly were great, we were new to camping and they were there to answer any of our questions. Even when we were already on our trip we called and they answered every time. The camper is great and we recommend anyone to rent from Nelly and Sammy they are incredible host.
