Hi we are the Zoellner's, Bob, Emily and our 3 children Carson, Sophie & Owen. We have been camping together for over 20 years from tenting, pop up campers, motor homes, to travel trailers we have done it all. We are seasonal campers in the Brainerd Lakes area for 10+years and recently bought our 2nd travel trailer to use for fall camping and family vacations. We are excited to open the door to camping for people who are looking to rent an RV when we are not using it for family trips.
Let your adventures begin in this Heartland North Trail Caliber Edition Ultra - Light Travel Trailer. Make new family memories as you enjoy the amenities that this unit provides. The floor plan features one queen-sized bed, two full size bunk beds, a U-shaped dinette that breaks down into a single bed, and a jack knife couch that folds down into a single bed. The camper has tons of storage inside and out. Great for a weeklong family vacation or a weekend trip.
No Climbing on the roof

4 Camping Chairs to use for your trip
1 hr of cleaning time. 75 hr for each additional hour needed.
Bob and Emily were great to work with. They were willing to answer any questions we had. However, upon pickup, owner noted damage to the fenders and stated that they were broken when the camper was purchased. When one of these broke completely on our trip, we were required to replace both at full price. In addition we were charged half the fees for fixing the water pump. The water pump was used once on our trip and worked just fine. However, upon return they claimed it was not working and we were charged accordingly. This fee was later waived because we had purchased an additional hose and water pressure regulator that we left with the camper. In the end, it was a fabulous trip and we are grateful for the memories made!
Thank you for renting our camper for you trip and I am glad you had a fabulous time and really a trip of a lifetime the way it was described by Micah at drop off. It is unfortunate when accidents happen. When you asked for us to work with you on the charges, we did. You had the camper for 2 full days outside of your reservation at no charge (minus the $25 early pickup fee you paid) , were 3 hours later than the agreed upon return time, and we did not charge any labor to fix the damages. The fender skirts you can clearly see damage on the before pictures and after pictures. There is fiberglass repairs we are going to have to do where the screws pulled through and the one fender skirt that was still on the camper was cracked almost all the way through in one spot and had screws pulled out. We even looked for used ones to help save money but could not find the correct size.
