the RV was very clean, everything was functioning well. and Sam was very courteous and helpful. he took an hour and a half of his time just to explain to me how to use stuff given that this was my first time renting an RV.

Excellent trailer with comfortable and clean berths. It would be 5 stars but I had to spend a few hours troubleshooting the hot water heater, which had not been maintained for quite some time. The hitch has a height adjustment on the receiver. It was set too low for my vehicle. I should have checked this. Very limited ground clearance under the anti-sway bars. Check and adjust the height prior to departure. Requires a couple of large wrenches.

The pick up the of RV went smoothly and Sam was friendly and professional.I was told that the black water sensor was not working but that the black and grey water holding tanks were empty. We travelled quite a distance with the trailer and I was immediately thinking "wow, this trailer is heavier than I thought it would be". It seems that the previous renters did not empty the tanks and by day 3 they were literally full to the point that the toilet could not flush. The septic hose was old and cracked and could not have been used, I had to borrow one. The difference on the trip back with empty tanks was incredible.

It was the perfect size for the three of us to go camping. Very easy to tow and set up.

Our family really enjoyed our experience glamping for the first time. As we are usually tenters, we though we would treat ourselves to a trailer for our camping trip. We are lucky to have found Sam and his Jayco trailer. His trailer is very clean and everything is in working condition. Upon picking up the trailer, Sam and his son were very helpful in giving us the run down on how to use the trailer, what to hook up, and even demonstrated how set up the technical equipment. What was appreciated the most is that Sam explained he was available anytime (Full 24 hours) if we ever needed to contact him for any reason.

The trailer was ready as promised when we picked it up. Sam explained everything clearly that we needed to know about how to use the trailer. Once at our campsite, we had only two very minor issues. First, the right stabilizer jack was seized up such that we couldn’t turn it down with the standard Jack tool. After some Jigaloo was applied and borrowing a neighbour's socket wrench, we got it loose. Secondly, it took quite a while to get the pilot light lit for the hot water heater. It took about 5 mins of holding down the pilot button (red) before it finally lit. This was not mentioned in the instructions in the heater. Other than that, we had no issues and the trailer worked perfectly during our entire 5 day trip.

Owner and son were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately once we got set up it took an hour to clean the fridge. Also the floor had not been cleaned and was quite dirty. This showed that there was minimal cleaning done. Son apologized saying sister was to do the inside cleaning. Little storage as the owner had lots of stuff stored. Extra toilet paper just thrown in with owners stuff under sink. Could not use as it was filthy. A lot smaller than expected as queen bed was fixed and could not fold up like other trailers this size.

Excellent trailer for family of 4, easy to haul with Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. Great communications with Sam. Linens were not included & there wasn’t much of a selection of cooking supplies (pans, dishes, etc) Would definitely rent again.

First time user of outdoorsy and very satisfied with the experience. Was a last minute decision on my part and didn't know how outdoorsy functioned. They managed to accommodate me even with a quick turn around. Picked up rental and found it was in excellent condition and very clean with all in great working order. Kids and I had a wonderful stress free week and loved our camping experience. A definite must do again. Thanks guys for the great service. Ive been telling everyone about this service.

Great trailer to rent for a family of 4 (2x adults and 2x young children). Sam and Adam were great to deal with. Slightly disappointed for the tardiness on pick up and that grey and black tanks were not really empty as promised on pick up. Also, trailer did not contain many accessories (pots & pans, real cutlery, glasses, etc.) which is not negative thing but something renters should know. Overall good experience.
