Guests love it for first-timers

Guest review behind this vibe (5 / 5, July 2026):
> watch your miles they add up fast :-( was good experience for first time. Host/staff were accommodating as app didn't notify them of my reservation as made previous night and went to pickup at noon and ended up waiting for 2 hours finally by 3rd hour was able to hit road. so not ideal for last minute/emergency bookings. in my haste did not request instructions on crucial items but was a great experience.

Review summary (AI-generated from guest reviews):
- Mixed service, prone to cancellations: Initial delays occurred due to unreadiness or missed reservations. While sometimes accommodating, Hector struggled with features and made false damage claims. Host also canceled multiple bookings last minute.
- Handles well, significant maintenance needs: Despite good handling, the older vehicle had an engine light on, non-functional generator, A/C issues, and peeling interior. Refrigerator only works on 50 amp, and door and sliding handle are faulty.
