2012 Forest River Palomino Puma
Welcome to our Alaskan getaway on wheels. Our camper features a huge slide that makes the main living area very spacious, u-shape dinette that doubles as a double bed at night, and a loveseat that also can be turned into a small bed (perfect for a small child). There is a private bunkroom that has 4 beds (a door seperates this room from the main living space). Each bunk has been given its own Alaskan theme, creating a special experience for each of your kids. TV provided in the bunkhouse for those rainy days or when they just need a quiet minute. The bathroom has both a shower and a tub, perfect for washing those little ones who play hard during the day. Private bedroom (queen bed with foam topper) in the front of the camper with two sliding doors for privacy. The TV in the main space flips around so you can also watch TV from bed. Bluetooth audio, 3 zone speakers, and tons of storage are offered in the camper.
***You must have a vehicle capable of towing this camper or we will require delivery***
***We will deliver the camper to Anchorage for free Monday through Friday for pick up/drop off at the Tikahtnu commons. Anything from there will be charged a delivery fee.***What's includedWhen you rent our camper you will be provided with the following:
fresh linens, pillows, towels, full set of dishes, cups, silverware, cooking utensils, Keurig machine (uses both k-cups for individual cups of coffee and coffee grounds for large pots of coffee), electric tea kettle, pots and pans, a few cleaning supplies, movies, a few games, camping chairs, and outdoor grill. If it is not listed, please reach out and I am sure it is either already in there or can be provided. Our goal is to make life as easy as possible, by having everything needed so you just pack clothes and food and go.RecommendationsGo hunt for starfish or on a halibut charter in Homer, go fishing and to the Sea Life Center in Seward, go through the train tunnel and see Portage Glacier in Whittier, Talkeetna is just a quiet, charming town to visit with a great brewery. Valdez is hands down our favorite drive in Alaska. The views are absolutely breath-taking. Right before you get into town are giant waterfalls where you can pull off and enjoy the peacefulness.Other things to note****Dogs are allowed upon approval. NO CATS! We have two dogs and love being able to take them with us on our trips and are sure you do too. Please be mindful that this is our home away from home on wheels and make sure to clean up after your pets. Please do not allow them on the furniture. If your pet is known for accidents inside or chews things up, it might be best to find a sitter as the cost of damages can really add up.
****For the consideration of other renters and our family, absolutely NO smoking/vaping (of any kind!!) in the camper. You will forfeit your deposit if smoking and/or drugs are detected in the camper afterwards.

Hey guys! We are a military family that has been stationed in Alaska the last 8 years. We came up on a whim and now we never want to leave! This is the most beautiful place on Earth and we are lucky to call it home. We just upgraded and bought a new (to us) 2012 Palomino Puma to travel trailer to fit the 6 of us and our two fur babies and be able to explore even more of this wonderful state. We look forward to sharing our Alaskan getaway on wheels with fellow campers. We hope it brings you as much joy and happy memories as it has brought us so far!
