This Toy Hauler is in fantastic shape, It has an on-board generator, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and an external gas pump with a 30 gallon capacity for your motorized toys. Cargo area length is 13.33 ft. (160 inches) and width is 8.5 ft. (102 inches).It has an all-weather package with large tank capacities. Clean water storage tank, 98 gallons. Grey water, 60 Gallons. Black water, 30 gallons. There are two 60 lbs. propane tanks. The refrigerator can run on both propane and/or the generator.This is a heavy trailer. Minimum truck to pull is a 3/4 ton truck. It has a 2-5/16 inch tow ball receiver with a 820 lbs. hitch weight. Gvrw 11,200 lbs. Payload capacity 4520 lbs. Dry weight 6700 lbs. * Brake controller is required for rental* Total trailer length is 27.5 ft., width is 8.5 ft. with a height of 12.67ft. Hitch with sway bar system available with this rental.There is an awning that extends out 16 ft. and has LED lighting. The rear door is the ramp for loading and unloading toys. The radio can be played inside and outside. Storage is both outside and under the master bed. It is equipped with electric leveling jacks.Upon rental return, the unit is to be as clean as it was when it was rented, all Black and Grey tanks emptied and flushed, clean water emptied and propane refilled. Black, Grey and clean tanks can be emptied by owner for an addition $50 charge.What's includedProvided with your rental is all sewage drop in tabs, sewage hoses, water hose, water hose filter, electrical hook up, leveling blocks, small tool box. Linens, dinnerware and utensils upon request. Broom and dust pan provided.
