Our trip was good, but the RV was far below our expectations: it has several damages that weren't repaired overtime. For example: the warning light for black waters didn't work, there were several holes on the walls, a dent in the bathroom door, no canopy or outdoor lights (as it should be by the photos), one of the furnished chairs was broken, the skylights were blocked (and one was impossible to close it and kept slamming by wind), the stepladder is broken, the generator didn't work. We discovered some of these damages during the recognition before the trip, others were found out during the trip :-(

This was our first time renting an RV, and Nat and Kathy made it such a great experience. They are super fast to respond, made sure to answer all of our questions before our trip and provided a great RV. Kathy even got my son some glow items/necklaces for his birthday. So thoughtful. We had an amazing time and will definitely rent from them again in the future.

We had a great time. The RV was had just what we needed. The pick up was informative and easy. The vehicle took great care of me and my daughter on our trip to Yosemite. I will definitely be renting from Nat again.

Nat and Kathy made our RV rental experience flawless from start to finish. Excellent communication, orientation, and text support for any questions. You can tell they love RV life, and run an excellent rental. The RV was clean, and worked perfectly throughout our trip to Joshua Tree. AAA+!

Our hosts were super friendly and fair. Extra mikes per day helped on our long journey. The RV ran like a top and had enough power for those big hills. It was a perfect home away from home!

We absolutely loved this RV and we can’t say enough great things about the hosts. Nat and Kathy were so kind, accommodating and communicative. The RV has a open floor plan so if you’re on the bed in the back you can still interact with everyone at the front of the RV. The back windows permit you to see the views from every angle and let in beautiful natural light. We simply loved it.

Nat and Kathy were great owners to work with. They were very responsive during the booking process, so I had the peace of mind to know my booking was confirmed the day after I booked. Nat was very clear during the hand-off process with the RV. He was very patient, which was super helpful to us as first time RV drivers. He was very clear on what we needed to know and gave many useful tips. The RV also had a TV, a backup camera, and a variety of other items that our group forgot to bring, which were both super convenient. The return was also very easy, and they were patient with us despite our tardiness. We would definitely consider renting the same RV again and renting with Nat and Kathy.

Nat and Kathy are super hosts. They had a " goody basket" with s'more and glow sticks for us. They gave us a thorough tour before leaving and had a great coleman coffee pot. Plenty of TP available. Nice to use outside hose for sandy feet and rinsing off muddy shoes. Highly recommend them and drove over 2200 miles in comfort.....this was taken at Marble Canyon, AZ - Lees Ferry

The experience from the get go with nat and Kathy was very easy. Quick in responding, especially while you are out on your trip with any concerns you may have, along with fixes and easy directions to walk us novice RV renters through. The rig drove exactly as advertised (especially when you need a little git up and go on those hills), the AC was cold and small creature comforts that you want when renting an RV were there and working without issue. Our small family of 3, along with our dogs, fit perfectly in this 24’er. We really put this rig to the limits, when we were met with 110-120 degree heat while traveling to the Grand Canyon and Zion during our excursion and it performed very well while keeping my family cool and safe during the long car rides. Beyond this, I can not state how helpful our hosts were before, during and after our trip. If I could put more stars I would. Highly recommend using them to plan your next trip.

Had the best time! Going to be hard to return to tent camping ... just might have to do it again.
First time experience and everything went smoothly. Nat and Kathy were very responsive and thorough in their communication. Nat did a great job explaining how everything works (as a heads up... plan on plenty of time to go through things when you do the pick-up). He was smart in having me video the tour to look back and refer to.
Easy to drive, everything worked as stated. The RV was clean and well maintained. Was able to leave our car at their place during the trip which was an extra bonus! Grateful for the fun memories our family made and hope to do it again soon. Thank you Nat & Kathy!

Our trip was awesome! We rented from Nat and Kathy got a 7 day road trip up through California to Oregon then back down the coast. Both of them were very friendly and easy to work with. When I showed up to pick up the RV, Nat was very thorough and helpful. We are avid campers but showing me the ins and outs of the RV was helpful. The RV ran great and was perfect for our family of 3 during our roadtrip. I would highly suggest renting from them and would do it again. Thanks guys!!!

Nat and Kathy were a pleasure to deal with. Nat provided thorough run through of their rig when I picked it up, and Kathy provided some awesome goodies for me and the family for our vacation trip. The rig performed like a champ, and me and the fam are truly appreciative for them sharing this luxury with us and others like-minded. It might just be your typical Class C rig, but its owners are far from your typical business owners. They communicated effectively, answered any and all questions and concerns, and were very accommodating with time frames. I would definitely ask for their services again in the future, and highly recommend them and their rig should you be planning your next voyage.

Nat and Kathy went over everything we’d need at the start of the trip and we’re super responsive to our questions throughout the rental process. They were also very flexible with the return window and dumping process. As for the trip, their RV did exactly what we needed it to do and they even left us a goodie basket with s’mores and things. Would highly recommend.

Nat and Kathy are great! They were very quick to respond and very accommodating. Kathy has a box full of dvds and will keep you entertained. We were first timers driving and renting an RV and Nat was very helpful explaining everything. We drove to Northern Arizona from Los Angeles and didn’t have an issue with the drive. We even found ourselves in an unexpected snowstorm in Flagstaff and the RV kept us warm and Nat was very quick to respond to our questions during the trip. I definitely recommend them.

First of all, Nat is a great guy! He and Kathy are super nice and their RV is super clean! Nat is very organized and clean so your RV experience will be in a great vehicle! Everything went exceedingly well and we had a great time. Nat's value-added details like including cleaning supplies and kleenex will give your experience special details. Plus, he has this awesome Coleman coffee maker that brews over the flame of the stove top! We hardly turned on the generator. And if you're used to a large and lumbering RV, you'll be pleased at how this 2019 model floats along the highway. Gas mileage was pretty good, too. Thank you, Nat and Kathy, for providing our family with a great RV experience! We toured the beautiful Central California Coast in Nat Kathy's RV.

Nat and Kathy were wonderful and Nat was extremely responsive to all of our mechanical questions and when we were on the road with questions got back to us immediatley. The RV’s refrigerator stopped working the night before we arrived but Nat went out of his way to to find a work around and managed to get
a compact freezer as a fill in which worked and compensated us with generator time as a bonus. Nat and Kathy are easy to work with and thoughtful people and we would rent from them again. Kathy even gave us a lovely dog bowl as a gift for our dog.

Nat and Kathy are amazing hosts, extremely responsive, professional and helpful. This was most of ours first RV experience. Nat and Kathy are very flexible about the timings, both were very considerate and understood we are travelling back from far. Kathy was very kind and left some welcome gift for us :) when we picked up the RV. RV was very clean and everything was working as expected, exactly what we needed for our trip. I highly recommend renting this RV. We would definitely rent with Nat and Kathy again.
