Walter was amazing with excellent customer service.
We had small issues, but the repair was very timely, so you can’t ask for anything more. Great job, will rent again and again.

Reserving process was easy and polite. Supplied nicely. Delivery gentleman was very pleasant, friendly and corrected propane leak by bring a different propane bottle. Trailer needs multiple repairs: toilet leaked heavey and refrigerator cold only when generator was running.

Hi Jim, Sorry to hear about the trouble. We have fixed the small leak in the toilet, you never know when something like that can happen. The refrigerator issue was actually a short within the trailer, which has been repaired as well. We hope to see you again in the future.

Anna was amazing! She helped us rent a trailer last minute as we made a spontaneous trip! Donny was camping in the same area and even checked on us to see how everything was going and if we needed anything.. definit family feel from these amazing people 😊 highly recommend renting from them!

Booking from miles away, hectic schedule and a busy life and Garvins made things easy, followed up when I forgot, and the setup/pick up service was great and absolutely worth the fee! I intend to use Garvins again.

The Water Heater did not work. I followed the guidebook in the RV and unfortunately it did not work. The trailer otherwise was great. The generator worked wonderful. the heater worked well and so did the fridge.

First time ever renting a camper and Garvins RV and Adventure made it spectacular!! I’ll definitely rent from them again. The camper was perfect and well stocked for our 4 day trip. I could not have been happier with my rental experience! The unit was in amazing condition and all stock items were top quality! Jeri and Curtis were kind, knowledgeable and made the whole rental process easy. I highly recommend using Arizona Pine Country RV Rentals! I definitely will be using them again :)

Curtis and Jeri are very easy to work with and when there was a problem, they had an easy answer and got us on our way. They explained how everything worked, including a few tricks for hooking up to the truck that were extremely helpful, and took the time to make sure we were comfortable with all the operations before we left. When we returned, they were right there to help unhitch from the truck and go over everything and make sure we were happy with the rental and that everything went well. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will most certainly rent from Curtis and Jeri again! They are very much interested in making sure their renters have the best experience they can have. Wonderful people!

This rental was wonderful. No issues. Everything was as described - well, not really! It was SO MUCH MORE than we expected! This was our first time renting an RV (even though we live in one full-time! But our home was too big for us on this particular trip), and we will definitely (Lord willing!) rent from AZ Pine Country RV Rentals again!
