Host was great. Pickup and drop off was easy.
We ran out of water within the first 24hrs so not sure if the tank was all the way full when picked up even though they said it was. We only washed dishes and used the bathroom, no showers, so no way we used up 45 gallons that quick with a few bowls and 3 cups. Either way, inconvenient to pack it all up and go get more water.
None the less, great trip.
My pickup feedback would be to make sure we get a little more of a run down with things before taking off. My wife asked a bunch of questions but still didn't feel like we knew enough about how to operate to handle the camper. Luckily, the other people we were with knew more about it than we did because they had their own camper so helped out.

Thank you for your timely delivery of our six units. Several of the units had battery problems. One had toilet problems. One had propane problems. The units were clean yet aging. We will rent again.

Great service, great trailer, great company. I would recommend Garvin's to anyone looking to camp in a convenient manner. They delivered the trailer to our site, fully stocked and ready to go. Just had one minor issue with the shower nozzle, but everything else worked great! Pick up and drop off of the unit went very smooth. Good group to work with!

It was very easy access, everything was very easy ,along the way was a great process, they made the drop off easy I had a really good expiernece with them and recommend them 100% for anyone looking for a trailer to rent.

I enjoyed having the RV - it's a new experience to have it delivered to site and was so much easier than having to haul it. I would have liked to have had more gas on hand (for generator). I didn't realize how quickly we used up the gas! I will reserve a newer RV although for next time around. I saw a 2021 RV that you have and it seems like it is updated a bit more! The delivery guys were awesome and worked hard to get all our (6) RV's in place! I loved the idea of not having to wait around either at the end after cleaning up and closing up RV. For sure next year and am already looking at the same camp spot for 2022...Thank you!

One thing, I did like about this was they were able to drop it off and pick up for me, I did not have to worry about it. What my dislikes about it was when I arrived at my campsite and got in my trailer. The trailer was very dirty that I had to clean, the refrigerator so I could put my food. It smelled a little moldy and was dirty. Where I had to sweep and wipe down the counters. It was unpleasant on cleaning the trailer. I did get charge for a cleaning fee, where I shouldn’t of not have to because I had to clean it myself. All in all it was fine, I made it work to be a little pleasant for my family and I. All they had to do is clean the trailer, air it out and maybe put in a air freshener or too.

Excellent experience. Very nice and helpful business. The best part is if you are coming from Phoenix to camp in Payson you can pick the trailer up just outside Payson vs hauling a trailer up to Payson. I saved a ton on gas and didn't have to fight traffic on a busy mountain road hauling a trailer. Just drive up to Payson, hitch up, and then drive to your campsite. Staff was very helpful with trailer connections and tour. We were very pleased with the experience and will likely rent from Garvin's again.

We had a great trip and experience renting with Garvin’s. Reed was great throughout, especially at pick up and drop off. Super helpful and very friendly. You can tell this is a local business that cares about customer service and the customer experience. As consumers, one of the greatest powers we have is where we choose to spend our money; my review is, we would absolutely spend again with Garvin’s!

This is the second year I have rented from Jeri and Curtis and each time it has been so great!! They are so easy to work with and so accommodating! The trailers are all around great! They are nice, clean and have been a perfect fit for our family. They have been a big part of making our camping trips great!! I will be using them again and I will refer them to my family and friends!

We would highly recommend renting a trailer from Jeri and Curtis. To start, the camper was in immaculate condition inside and out. The inside was well stocked with non-disposable utensils, plates, cups, pots and pans.

This was our first time camping in a travel trailer so naturally we had quite a few questions regarding towing the trailer and how everything worked. Curtis took the time to go over all the amenities in the trailer when we picked it up and even had a binder in the trailer with step by step instructions on how to operate everything in the trailer, which was very helpful. The travel trailer was in excellent condition and was very clean upon pick up. Curtis and Jeri are responsive, professional, and friendly. We plan on renting from them again! We recommend renting from Arizona Pine Country RV Rentals.

You can see by our 5 star rating that we were totally pleased with the rental!! First, Curtis & Jeri were superb to work with, friendly, efficient, and accommodating. The trailer is totally inclusive with a great floor plan for 6-8 people. Outdoorsy is a great company to work with; excellent communication & organization.
Curtis delivered & picked up the trailer. That was a tremendous help & well worth the extra $125. We celebrated our 50 wedding anniversary with all 16 members of the Fam! It was fantastic!! Thx to Curtis & Jeri & Outdoorsy!!

Trailer was so clean and nice and service was excellent. Owners went out of there way to help us get our rental where we needed it after our rental from another place told us there trailer was broken now three hours before our trip. Will definitely be renting from AZ Pine Country RV Rentals from here on out.
