We love the convenience of Garvin's! However, several of the trailers are getting pretty worn and it seems like maintenance and cleaning are done as little as possible.

The RV was not new and updated like the pictures shown when looking at pictures before making the reservation.
We where 100% scammed and was also told they have the perfect quiet generator and that was not true at all. It was the loudest and couldn't even us it that much to the loudest and the gas smell.
Only reason 1 star just to but review.

he rental process was smooth and easy enough and the reason any stars are given but the disappointment began when the trip began. The trailer arrived prior to us with no instructions left. It was locked so we had to search for the key, we didn’t know how to operate the A/C or the generator. Also, the stabilizers were not set up when delivered so my son had to do that for us. The trailer itself was absolutely filthy. There is no way it was cleaned prior to our use. There was broken glass on the floor, the tank had not been emptied as it was nearly full when we received it, the mattress covers were absolutely disgusting with large yellow stains on them. When I paid the $30 linen charge, I expected clean linens. The coffee pot still had a filter and old coffee grounds in it. Knowing it wasn’t cleaned prior to our use made it difficult to enjoy our stay. We were thrilled to have found a place like Garvins that would deliver the trailer for us, but that convenience unfortunately is where the positives end. We will search for another company or private party to provide a trailer for our next camping trip. If you would like pictures of any of the above mentioned, feel free to ask.

Garvin's is really easy to work with. Anna is quick to get back to you. We had to change locations from the original rental, they were very accomodating. On the day and time of our rental, Walter met us there and set everything up. If you have any problems, they get right on fixing them. Looking forward to getting something set up with them next year. Everything was great! Easy pickup and drop-off. We added on the generator, picnic pack, and linens and they even let us borrow a hitch for our truck!

Although we enjoyed our time with the RV we rented, for the cost, I think next time we will rent a hotel room in Tonto Basin or Globe. I think it will be much cheaper.

Absolutely amazing experience! Customer service was fantastic, great communication and even went out of her way to make sure we planned ahead and packed everything we needed. RV was delivered on time without issue and in excellent condition. 10/10 would recommend! I will be using Garvin’s again in the future!

This was our first trip after selling our camper and Garvin's RV Adventures made the change so smooth! The camper was supplied with basic necessities and everything worked perfectly. We will definitely be returning customers and will recommend them to all of our friends and family in the future.

This was our second time with Garvins and again no big issues or problems. Only one suggestion is to put some memory foam matress toppers on the beds. The customer service was awesome.

When rv delivered forgot to send generator was told would receive credit for day without. Never received. Also told 2 days prior to trip we were grandfathered in for $150 delivery fee. Then day before told we’re not it was the $200 and additional mileage fee added on. Not happy about these issues but too late to cancel at that point.

We apologize for that inconvenience as we had 10 deliveries that day, which is no excuse but we did have it there for you the very next morning. When you made the reservation you did not have an exact location where we would be delivering it to. When you reserved, the delivery fee for the Mogollon Rim area (50 miles from our location) was chosen at the $150.00 delivery fee. We were advised the day before your reservation that the location was actually in the Forest Lakes area instead. I advised you that there would be a change in the delivery fee. Since you booked before we changed our delivery prices, we honored the previous 50+ miles from our location at $2.00 per loaded mile instead of the $2.80 per loaded mile which I did explain to you when we spoke and I apologize if there was any confusion.

Everything in the RV was dirty except the linens. Had trouble with the battery, but they did come and exchange it. Over all I'll probably rent again, but skeptical.

We booked the Payson Pioneer and we absolutely loved it! Having the trailer fully stocked, a generator and linen provided made for an stress free family trip! The trailer was clean, beautiful and so spacious! Plenty of room for all! Heater was toasty for bedtime and the AC was amazing during the heat of the day! Best of all was the service provided by the incredible staff! They were so friendly and extremely prompt and ensured that we had the best trip possible!! Looking forward to future trips with Garvin!!

Garvins was really great to work with. They are obviously interested in repeat business and want customers to have a great experience. We had a minor mix up on pick up time, so it took a couple hours to get the camper hooked up and on the road, but it was a Sunday; not regular business hours. I realized a half hour down the road toward Moab that I had forgotten to grab the generator and they had forgotten to give it to me. We had decided to stay in RV parks on most of our trip anyway, so we just stayed the other nights in a full hook-up site and everything worked-out fine. The cost of the generator was refunded without any issue, so no harm, no foul. Our only complaint was that the thermostat in the Pioneer did not work quite right, so it took some trial and error to get the temperature fugured out during the first couple of nights. I was told they are in the process of swapping the thermostats on all of their rentals to analog units which should solve the problem for future renters. Everything else worked well and the camper was clean and ready to go. The linen packs were vacuum packaged, so it was nice to not have to wonder how long the sheets had been sitting on a dusty shelf, waiting to be used. Any time you are renting an RV or boat, you are bound to have some minor issues that arise, but the staff at Garvins was always polite, respectful and seemed genuinely happy to help solve the problem when I called. Overall, I would definitely recommend Garvins and I will not hesitate to use them again in the future, if we are in the area and need a camper.

Absolutely worth every penny and made our entire weekend a fantastic experience. Trailer was very nice and well taken care of. Everything was all set up and ready for pick up, even filled with water all on top of some of the best customer service we have ever had. We will absolutely be renting again!

Donald gave us a great orientation of the camper. We opted to have it dropped off at the campsite, full set up, etc; which was well worth it. We were a family of four and had plenty of room. Only complaint is that the heater didn’t work the first night and it got cold. They came out to fix it the next day but still wasn’t 100 percent. I’d still rent from them again since the camper overall and convenience was well worth the cost.

We rented the Payson Pioneer travel trailer this past week and had it delivered to our campsite in Christopher Creek. What a wonderful service they provide to drop off and pick up the trailer. It definitely makes any camping trip more enjoyable and less work!

Wow where to begin from the first call to Jeri she was the best and easiest to work with. She and her husband even went to look at the site to make sure it would work for us 2 days before our trip began. We got to the site they showed up right behind us and set the camper and it was turn key ready and even a welcome bag now how does that anymore??? They do and we had a few questions over the weekend I sent jerri a text and boom reply right away. These folks are all about customer service and I will use them again and again and so will my friends because they all will know. Thanks again for a great weekend.

Awesome service! My family rented four RVs for Memorial Day weekend. Having the RVs delivered by AZ Pine Country RV Rentals took the stress out of camping. The RVs were clean and well stocked! It was a great experience and I will use them again!
