The small size and simplicity of the RV makes it a great quick easy get-a-way vehicle. It can be set up in 15 minutes or less, and this includes unhooking from sway bars. Our RV is able to sleep 4-6 depending on the size of the people. There is a pullout queen sofa bed, two full size bunks, and the dining area can covert to a small sleeping area if needed. It is equipped with an outdoor kitchen that has two gas burners and small refrigerator. We keep several items stocked in the RV storage areas like playing cards, board games, insect spray, cleaning supplies, and a few outdoor items. There is an electric awning and indoor/outdoor speakers for the sound system that can connect to Bluetooth. The dual propane tanks are fully operational. We do not have a TV in the RV but there is cable hook ups. It is about 24" feet and weighs approximately 4200 pounds, so it can be pulled with most trucks and SUV's.

First time renting and the experience couldn't have been better. There was great communication and easy pick up and drop off. The RV was clean and the perfect size for us for the weekend. Wish we could have stayed longer.
