Unfortunately this was a bad experience. Two days before the RV trailer was to be dropped off for us the owner text me that he was not providing a generator as per what his listing clearly stated. He said that he would charge an extra $50 per day. At that point I told him I would get one. After he dropped the trailer off and later that night after not even using it we had no power. We were stuck with no heat, no water and no electric. The owner came out the next morning and changed out the battery. I called him about 2 -3 hours later to let him know that there was still no power. He came back out within a few hours with another new battery. Later that afternoon he was able to get it working. We asked for some money off but he declined
The next morning bright and early he text to let me know that I needed to pay a cleaning fee on top of the rental fee. Again I asked for so compensation and no response from him
