Mike and his team made my RV stay easy with set up and break down at the Georgia National Fairgrounds & Agriculture Center. There were a couple of issues with water leaks that they responded to quickly to put me at ease. All in all a good experience.

Delivered just as scheduled. Great unit. Smooth pickup. Even left dvds for my kids to watch (though I had to teach them what a DVD player was) Couldn’t ask for better.

Mike and MJ were very responsive. The RV was exactly as pictured and thr main bed was extremely comfortable even for a "real bed". The camper was clean and not worn. The shower and bathroom were nice as well.
There were a few things that needed to be addressed. The camper had an overwhelming amount of tiny ants in the kitchen and bunkbeds. Merely annoying, and although MJ came to spray, it did not help. The camper was not stabilized and Really needed to be. Every step that was taken or if my teenage daughter rolloed over in bed, it rocked. My friends who rented from this couple had no issues as theirs was set up right. I would rent again from them, just not the Autumn camper if it were not stabilized.

Our experience was beyond wonderful. Our first time on an RV I don’t think I ever want to do another hotel lol. Communication was over 5 stars perfect. Mike and his wife showed great hospitality and patience. I will highly recommend. The RV was very clean. You will not regret this rental or the host.

We very much enjoyed the 4 days/nights in the 5th Wheel RV. Mike delivered and set up the RV, including the electrical, water and sewer and explained how to use the AC, gas stove and oven, etc. I had never used an RV gas oven and had heard/read of many bad experiences. I watched a couple of UTube videos and had no problem. My suggestion that I did is to put the food to be cooked into a throwaway aluminum pan and put that pan inside the regular metal pan provided with the RV. I put about half a cup to a cup of water in the regular metal pan first. This will keep the food from burning in the throwaway pan. I cooked boneless breast of chicken (the Hellmans mayonnaise recipe) and it was very tender. I baked 3 breasts at 425 for 30 min. covered with aluminum foil then uncovered it and baked it at 375 for another 15 or 20 min. I use twice to three times as much mayo and parm cheese than the recipe calls for and also first sprinkle the chicken with granulated garlic, dried parsley and any other seasoning you may like such as Lawrey's, etc.

Booked this RV for use at the Perry GA fairgrounds. Mike delivered and setup the RV for us which made it very nice for our family to not have to worry about anything. The RV came with everything you could possibly need, even some Solo Cups. Thanks for the great weekend Mike!

Very nice beautifully maintained camper. Mike and MJ were super nice and friendly. They added games and movies for us to watch, as well as, a care package. Camper was exactly like it looked in the pictures. We had a few issues with the microwave tripping the whole electrical system, and then not coming back on immediately. Randomly it would start to work again. Overall, it was a great experience.

This was our first time renting a camper. Our experience was wonderful. Mike is a stand up guy. He delivered our camper to the site and it was fully setup when we arrived. He answered all questions before and after the drop off promptly and professionally. He is very knowledgeable about his equipment. I would recommend Mike to anyone who is in the market. Thank you sir for a stress free experience. The camper is top of the line. It fit my family of four with comfort and room to spare. We were in Perry Ga for a Barrel Racing event. I was traveling with family and needed two campers. Mike was fabulous. He not only took care of my rental from him but helped me coordinate with the other rental for delivery. Everything we needed was in the camper and it was spotless when we arrived. After traveling 9 hours with 5 horses we were thrilled to find the camper all hooked up and ready for us. Mike is definitely a pro and cares about the comfort if people he rents to. I will definitely call Mike when we come to Perry again next year!

Renting this camper was the best experience. It was super nice, clean, and organized. The owners were very easy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure me and my family had the best experience. They threw in lots of extras at no additional cost. I will definitely rent from them again.
