Roadhouse: Dodge Roadtrek Versatile 190

Roadhouse's owner worked for a van conversion company in Portland (Overland Van Project) and says with confidence, "This van has it all!" Roadhouse is a well-maintained 1996 Roadtrek 190 with loads of upgrades.

The original cooktop, furnace, and hot water heater run on propane, while the Dometic fridge runs on 12v, propane, or electric as needed. The 100 AH house battery charges while driving, when plugged into shore power, or whenever the sun is shining via a 100w solar panel. There is a large A/C unit that runs on shore power for hot nights in a campground. The van comes with a small 300w inverter (for charging laptops).

The main bed (72″ x 52″) can fit 2 adults and is fitted with a 6″ memory foam mattress and a 3″ topper. With some arrangement of the passenger seats, there are 2 additional "crash pads" (48" x 24") best suited for children. There is a flushing toilet and exterior shower that require some setup.

Roadhouse is a one-family-owned van and has maintenance records going back to new. A recent overhaul includes a "redhead" steering gear, front ball joints, tire alignment, air filter, spark plugs and wires, front and rear struts, brakes, rear leaf springs, radiator, upgraded converter/charger, fuel pump, Renogy house battery, and more!

The interior is clean and plush sporting newly wrapped and insulated wall panels. The front captain chairs are comfy and feature swivel seat bases and armrests. All rear windows are tinted and screened. There is a rooftop fan and a low-consumption Sirocco fan in the sleeping area to provide a breeze all night long. The van also comes with a Stainless Steel Berkey water filter with two 'Super Sterasyl' ceramic filters. In short, it's got everything you need for the adventure of a lifetime!
