We rented The Wanderer for a trip through the Finger Lakes and had an amazing experience. Sarah gave us a thorough walkthrough at pickup so we felt confident using everything. The van was easy to drive, settle into at campsites, and even nimble enough to make a quick U-turn when we spotted a $2 pumpkin patch! We picked up a few pumpkins, chatted with the farmer, and still had plenty of room in the van.

I am glad I took the leap of faith and rented the Wanderer for 2 nights just to simply get the feel of it and give it a go for I learned so much for this was the very first van I had ever camped in. It was a great experience and will help me make some decisions moving forward when God sends me a buyer for my farm!

We are planning to have a van built next year and decided to rent from Vanture Customs to confirm the layout of what we had in mind and check out the quality of their builds. So glad we did it! They gave us a tour of their facilities, a good orientation on the rental van and off we went for a week! We had a great time staying in Harvest Host locations, family back yard and a State Park. Their location is perfect to visit Baltimore, DC and Shenandoah Mountains. Thanks Vanture Customs!

Great introduction to van life! The Wanderer was perfect—easy to drive and park. Vanture Customs makes the renting process smooth. We look forward to renting again and hope to own in the near future.

The staff are friendly. Process of picking up and dropping off straight forward. The van ran very well and was clean. The van exactly what it says it is.
However, as first timers in an RV Van I think some basic upgrades are needed. For instance there should be screens on all of the doors. The over head fans were loud and didn’t cool van down much so we had to run air conditioner on the van to sleep. For me these two things shortened my trip because I was done with the flies. Disappointing

We had the best time ever! We went from Philadelphia to Texas and back with tons of stops along the way. Pigeon Forge, TN for the Great Smoky Mountains and Dollywood. My home state of Texas with stops in Dallas, Stephenville and Austin. In total we drove through 13 states and this van was GREAT for it all. It kept us warm (Philly/TN in the 30s) it kept us cool (Texas in the 80s). Super easy to drive, cruise control, back up camera and it fit pretty much anywhere. We never worried about battery power and the dry flush toilet was so easy to use. Our pup Darcy was super comfortable the whole way and didn’t want us to give it back. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone. Oh, and if you need a shower and don’t want to do a campground or have other access we LOVE Love’s Travel Stop. They have private showers, laundry, food, gas, wifi, dog parks and FREE overnight parking. Download their app and scan at the pump it saves you 0.10 a gallon. Rent this baby and take it on an adventure!!

The van was spotless and had everything we needed for a winter adventure to Vermont. I was really impressed by the build quality and how the vehicle handles. So much so that vanture is going to build us one for next years ski season!

The wanderer provided my girlfriend and I with one of the best experiences and weeks of our lives! We traveled 2300 miles in this van over a week, which handled temperatures down to -5F with the gas heater on while we slept. Ice, snow, mountain roads, we traveled from PA to NC to Atlanta, Nashville, and the mountains of Shenandoah without any issues. Oh and our australian shepherd boy loved it as well with us! Roomy and comfy, we had our hotel on wheels and loved every minute of it.

We had the time of our lives!!!
My wife Resha and I took our dog Bronson up the New England coast to Maine and back and we all were ecstatic!!
We were able to reach the owners the one time we needed to (due to our own stupidity) but they got right back to us with the resolution and we were back on the road!!?

This was a life-changing experience. Raman and the team were awesome - quick responses to all questions and flexible when we changed date of our return due to work. The van is magical - we drove to Key West and back in July and we are now converted to van life. Tips for The Wanderer: Gear shift needs a light touch. Fans are excellent but we also purchased 2 battery-powered fans with USB chargers - essential for sleeping on warm nights. Kitchen setup includes essentials (including pans that work with the induction stovetop) but we brought plates/bowls/cutlery/water bottles. Bed comfortable for two folks under 5'4" but if you are taller plan to curl up. We loved this trip and will do it again soon!

Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish working with the team at Vanture Customs. The van and trip were better than we could have imagined. We took it down through Shenandoah, the Great Smoky Mountains, and into the Chattahoochee National Forest - the van offered us all of the flexibility we wanted.

My wife and I rented the van for a weekend to potentially have one built. The communication was great, anytime we reached out they got back quickly. They spent a lot of time answering our questions during pickup and drop-off which was really helpful. We went to the Jersey shore where we live. It was 20 degree weather that night but it was warm and cozy; we had everything we needed. It was really easy to drive, and also fit perfectly in our driveway. We are looking forward to having our van built to be a wanderer as well.

Don’t rent the Wanderer UNLESS you are ready to be hooked on vanlife. This van is perfection! Vanture is an all around great company and renting was super chill. Literally after spending 6 days with the Wanderer we would not change a single thing (except renting it longer). We made beautiful memories and had a trip of a lifetime! Seriously did not want to give it back! Traveled through the Catskills in New York, crossed Lake Champlain and drove all the way through Vermont and back. We used the HipCamp app and found places to park and camp along the way. Somethings to put your mind at ease if this is your first van trip (like us!)

•The bed is great!
•The toilet is super easy and convenient
•The heater was nice to take any chill out of the air in the morning
•Loved the fans!
•The sink is so well thought out and we didn’t have to refill at all
•We had absolutely no issue with power and it was amazing being totally off grid so we could park anywhere.

We thoroughly enjoyed this Wanderer van! Everything went very smooth with pick up and drop off and it was an easy and relaxed experience. The van is fantastic, I was a little worried about driving a bigger vehicle than what I am used to, but the van handles extremely well with the front wheel drive and I had no issues driving it. It was great to get to try one of these vans, as we are interested in getting a van ourselves. Really well laid out with instructions on how to use everything. We didn’t have any electrical issues or any issues at all. Comfy to drive and comfy to sleep and it was great when it was raining and we could cook inside and play scrabble! Absolutely incredible experience with Vanture Customs! I had zero issues with the van, it ran great all the way to California and back. The only comment I would have is that I wouldn’t feel comfortable using the sink as the outdoor shower since there would be no way to attach a curtain to the outside of the van.

The RV experience was excellent. We gave her the inaugural road trip. She was brand new. The bed was just right as far as comfort, and just wide enough for my 5/10 build. Dishes, and bedding are optional, but necessary. Bedding is a definite. We didn't cook, because, well who cooks in Philly where there's cheesesteaks around every corner lol. The toilet was fun, like a diaper genie for adults, and the freezer actually froze something! Great ride, and pretty good Miles Per Gallon. My gas bill was surprisingly low. If I was getting bamboo chutes shoved under my fingernails, I'd have to say that my only gripe would have been the pillows. Still a great 5 🌟 experience. I'll be back in a few months.
