You may be deciding to rent an RV that is older because the new ones are very expensive and your in fear because you don't want problems. You may also be deciding whether or not to rent a big roomy RV, but your afraid to drive something so big. Let me help you make your decision by answering the difficult questions you might ask. See the section "Additional Things to Note". This section is limited to 2000 characters.

What's included

RV has a big 12 foot slider in the living room, a propane oven and stove, convection microwave, shower, 2 sinks and a toilet. There is a TV, CD player and DVD onboard as well as a satellite antennae. There is a large private bedroom with plenty of closet space and drawers. Bed sleeps 2 comfortably, and the dining table and the couch also fold out to sleep 4 more people. With the slider extended another mattress or 2 could be added to sleep 2 more people. There are awnings for all the windows and a big huge awning for your outdoor dining and fun. If you need folding tables and chairs, i am glad to throw some in the storage compartment for you when you leave. If you need linens we are happy to provide those as well. Pots, pans, disposables whatever, just ask.

Recommendations

Other things to note

Frequently Asked Questions
1. How well does your RV run? You'll be delighted to know that my RV runs great. It only has 47000 original miles and so you wont have to worry about mechanical problems while on the road. In addition my RV just went through a thorough mechanical inspection. However, if you do have a problem i provide you with roadside assistance through Roamly absolutely free of charge.
2. What about the AC, generator, batteries and other equipment? Well, the AC and generator are the most important things that you want to be trouble free. My Coleman Mack dual compressor system recently had an overhaul. I replaced some very crucial system parts and replaced the thermostat with a new one. Working beautifully all summer long. My generator was taken out, cleaned up, taken apart and maintenanced and it purrs like a kitten. However, while Onan generators run perfectly for 30 years or more, its expensive to run the generator. Cost you about $60 a day in gas. I suggest you pull in and plug it in at a nice RV park with amenities during your vacation. You'll save yourself headaches and you'll have other folks around to help you in a pinch and i provide you with 60 foot of cable with a 30 amp service.
3. I want a big roomy RV like yours but how am i gonna drive it? If your not confident to drive a really big RV, that's ok. Consider not driving at all and meet us at your location. Instead of taking the extra vacation time or time off work to drive it to where you want to be, let our concierge service take care of it for you. We charge $350 a day, plus gas and mileage. The RV gets about 8-12 mpg on the highway. Mileage fees are 5-10 cents a mile depending on the terrain and how far. RVs are expensive to maintain so I have to charge you something.
4. What are the rules? You are responsible for anything that breaks. Please watch your children, as they want to press buttons and turn cranks and this RV has lots of those. And they can be a bit fragile and costly to fix. Please return the RV as clean as possible. Cleaning fee ranges based on how many are riding in the RV but should be about $150-$200. If there are any unusual smells like smoking of any kind, you will be charged $500. Please no smoking anywhere near the RV. It gets into everything and is impossible to remove. My RV smells great and i want to keep it that way for other you and other guests in the future. Rentals are 24 hours per day unless otherwise agreed upon. So if your gonna return it late it needs to be agreed upon in writing.
