If you value your life DO NOT RENT from Over the Moon, they almost killed my wife and 6 month old son.

We had a great experience renting this RV! The owners were very communicative and helpful about all of our questions. My friend had rented from them last summer and so I had heard great things, but, even so my expectations were far exceeded. Pick up was easy and I greatly appreciated the detailed explanations as this was my first time driving an RV. Any questions that we had along the way were also answered quickly, and even anticipated. There were very heavy rains on our trip and I was so grateful to get the email saying for us to be safe most importantly and that if we needed additional time to return it would be as simple to arrange as replying yes to the email (where all additional fees were clearly stated and calculated for us).
We are very definitely Over the Moon and even beyond about our experience!

The RV ran great the entire trip. It provided all the comforts we needed during our camp trip. We did have a problem with the generator not functioning properly at altitude...ran great in Phoenix but when we were at the 7000ft level it choked out. Other than that we were comfortable and had a great time. We enjoyed the trip and the folks at Over the Moon are wonderful!!! Thanks for the rental.

Everything was as expected. I’d say this is a good sized rv for 5 people, unless some of your people are little, then you could fit more. AC and heater both well and kept us comfortable.

The RV was dated, the interior hadn't been upgraded, weather stripping falls off and the bedding was overused causing the wooden frames to be exposed causing much uncomfort. Our air-conditioning stopped working as it froze up on us and the meters watching the water/waste levels were disfunctional. The hosts were very nice and very helpful.

The overall "camping" experience was great.
The RV itself was 2008 so had lots of shake and rattles when driving but I guess that's to be expected. Also the vehicle AC did not work and given it was 87 F when driving to Lake Havasu it was pretty uncomfortable inside. Also it would have been nice to have a couple of extra blankets for the night as it got down to low 40s at night and it came with one pretty thin blanket. Also the black water tank filled up in 2 days and given we only used the toilet and did not use the shower my guess is that the tank was not empty when we picked it up. The fact that there was unlimited mileage was terrific as we didn't have to worry about how far we were going, although we only put on about 400 miles in the 3 days.

Mark and Heather were great! I could tell they really know what they are doing when it comes to renting their RVs. Mark was willing to rent out to EDC goers like us and showed us exactly how the RV was supposed to function. We were drawn to their affordable pricing. They were very accommodating to us by removing all metal silverware and utensils and replacing them with plastic. They were flexible when it came to returning the RV at a later time. The only thing we would have liked is if the RV was a little bit cleaner. Other than that, I have already recommended their services to my friends and will rent their RV once again in the near future!

This was our first time at an RV Trip. The pickup was easy. The owners explained how to use everything including, Gray Tanks and Black Tanks, A/C, Heat, and Generator. The fact that they threw in chairs, gas grill, camping mat, cast iron skillet, toilet paper, dish soap, outside table was such a great help to us newbees. This unit was super easy to use. We were a family of 2 adults, 2 Teens, and 2 Dogs. Lots of storage in the bottom of the RV. Storage for food and other items in the RV, but storage for clothing bags was a little tight, but doable. We put our duffle bags in the in the compartments where you hang clothes. There is a coffee pot, but bring your own coffee grounds. We used the bedding for the queen bed that was provided, but we brought sleeping bags for our teens, as well as, our own pillows and blankets. Very easy to drive and park. We had fun.

Our family had a trip that we will remember forever!!! The RV was the best experience ever. I told my husband I don’t ever want to travel without one again. The RV was SO clean and so well maintained. Mark and Heather were so kind and communicated with us anytime we messaged them with questions. You will not regret renting this RV for your trip!

Over the moon rentals were fantastic the vehicle performed well unfortunately the heater broke in Colorado in 20° weather when we spoke to the owner and he said to get a hotel room. I wouldn’t give them a five star rating and the emergency response service provided what they made as buy.
The only issue I have is with the insurance company that is supposed to be providing services. We called the support number spent a half an hour talking to some woman we couldn’t figure out who you were then we were sent to our knowledgeable technician couldn’t even figure out what an error code was and he wasn’t able to provide any service that evening but he said he would try to get someone out there the next day if I would call him back I told him we weren’t going to be in Denver and he said call me let me know and I’ll find out how much mileage will be along with repairs. If you don’t have to Don’t buy their insurance program it sucks.
We have left a message for outdoorsy requesting they refund my portion of our insurance program for first service. We will see what they do if they are an honorable company they will return it

The RV was a bit older than we expected but everything was working and overall not so bad. Nicely decorated and clean. Everything (the extras) we asked for was included. Mark was super helpful and a really nice guy!! I would recommend them to friends wanting to go camping!!

Mark and Heather provide outstanding service. If you'd like to rent a decent RV without the extra charges that other companies will pass on to you, check out Over the Moon RV Rentals. We had the Class C Majestic for 4 nights, we had one minor question and Mark was right there on the phone with us. They follow up with any questions and they are just super nice people to deal with. We absolutely enjoyed our trip and found the RV in great shape and really enjoyable. We're happy to recommend them to anyone in the Phoenix area looking for an opportunity to have a nice RV for their getaway without all the corporate fees. This agency makes renting an RV as easy as it can possibly be. This was our first RV rental experience and it was fantastic. We did a ton of research and shopped around. This is the only company we found that did not fill the contract with bunches of hidden fees and silly restrictions. We completed the whole application process on line and it was very simple. We met with the owners upon picking the unit up and the whole process was extremely smooth and organized. This place really is what we were looking for and we are already planning our next trip.
