The RV itself was 2008 so had lots of shake and rattles when driving but I guess that's to be expected. Also the vehicle AC did not work and given it was 87 F when driving to Lake Havasu it was pretty uncomfortable inside. Also it would have been nice to have a couple of extra blankets for the night as it got down to low 40s at night and it came with one pretty thin blanket. Also the black water tank filled up in 2 days and given we only used the toilet and did not use the shower my guess is that the tank was not empty when we picked it up. The fact that there was unlimited mileage was terrific as we didn't have to worry about how far we were going, although we only put on about 400 miles in the 3 days.
This was our first time RVing and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience but would probably be a bit more particular next time.

The only issue I have is with the insurance company that is supposed to be providing services. We called the support number spent a half an hour talking to some woman we couldn’t figure out who you were then we were sent to our knowledgeable technician couldn’t even figure out what an error code was and he wasn’t able to provide any service that evening but he said he would try to get someone out there the next day if I would call him back I told him we weren’t going to be in Denver and he said call me let me know and I’ll find out how much mileage will be along with repairs. If you don’t have to Don’t buy their insurance program it sucks.
We have left a message for outdoorsy requesting they refund my portion of our insurance program for first service. We will see what they do if they are an honorable company they will return it
