This is unbelievable!!! We just spent all day packing up linens, and kitchen supplies, our dry goods, kids toys and they cancel about 15 hours before we are to pick up the rv. I cannot believe anyone uses this company when owners can cancel on you after you have planned a trip for weeks!!!!!!
