A great experience! Everything was provided,, chairs, coffee maker, outdoor grill. All you have to do is show up and they hooked the trailer up to my SUV The weight distribution hitch and brake controller worked great,, no issues,, no mileage charge on trailers. Then I just dropped it off after 8 days and drove off., Thanks OTM RV Rentals!

This was our 3rd trip with OTM rentals....and as in the past we have been completely satisfied with our selection. We always have the rig delivered and set up for us, so all we have to do is put food in the fridge, hang our clothes and enjoy the wonderful outdoors. Thank you Mark for all you do in making our trips memorable adventures. Looking forward to our next one!

Mark was great to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure my expectations were met. I have rented other "boyz" trailers and what a nightmare! Mark's trailer was perfect ,and this time, I got exactly what I asked for and not the bait and switch when it's time to pick up. Beware of who you are renting from and the safety of their equipment. I have finally found who I will be working with on our family trailer trips for now on. Thanks Mark and Heather!

It was our first time towing a camper/ camping and the trip went very smoothly. Everything we needed was provided to make our trip easier. Mark was great at communicating and did a great job showing us how to tow, use and work everything prior to our trip. The camper was the perfect size for our family of three plus our two dogs. We had a blast and will be back again soon!

It was our first time hauling an RV and we had a GREAT experience! Mark and Heather made sure to explain every detail of the trailer so that we felt comfortable and knowledgeable about it. In addition, they went above and beyond to communicate fast and accurate information that helped make our trip a breeze.
The trailer itself is very cute and functional. We were impressed with the overall cleanliness and with the bathroom: very clean and we felt like showering at a hotel. They provided us clean sheets, comfort, towels, toilet paper, and hand soap. Kitchen is fully equipped.
We had an amazing experience and will definitely rent again from Mark and Heather!

Mark and Heather were very nice and accommodating. Their trailer was clean and met our needs. We had some issues with the water heater and pump not working consistently and also had to replace a blown fuse while on our trip. During a night time thunderstorm we experienced a leak in the roof which dripped directly over the bed, making it difficult to sleep. Other than those issues, the trailer fulfilled our expectations.

My son and I rented a camper from Mark and Heather to go hunt turkey in Northern Arizona. Although we were unlucky with the turkey hunt. We had a great camping trip due to the perfect camper for us. Thanks to Mark and Heather for providing us with this.

Thank you for making our weekend anniversary great. What a great experience. We will never camp the same again. Mark and Heather were great, very nice. We had a slight problem with driver approval but Heather got right on it and help us fix it quickly. Love the trailer, french press maker was awesome. Trailer was easy to use! Will rent again from Mark and Heather.

Mark and Heather met all our requests. The rig had everything needed for a wonderful weekend of camping. The main reason we selected this trailer was it could be delivered, setup and picked up at our campsite @ Lake Pleasant. It was the perfect size unit for the two of us.

First time using this App. Outdoorsy should be paying Mark and Heather because they made an incredible first impression. Vehicle was as described and in good working order. Mark was very thorough while explaining the vehicle. He even helped me get the right fuse installed in my truck for the trailer lights. They provided water and a nice care package. Really went above and beyond. Highly recommend renting from them!

The trailer was perfect for my wife and I. It had a quiet generator, hot water, heat, and everything worked. She said she will never tent camp again because she liked the amenities of the trailer. Mark and Heather were friendly, easy to work with, and quick to respond. Easy to tow.
