Forest?This 22ft Mighty Minnie is equipped with a V-10 engine easy to drive and has everything you need to manage any mountainous terrain or simply roll through the quiet country-side. Wherever you want to go, your RV is ready.Safely seats 5 with seatbelts for everyone, even includes a car seat hook (latch system) for the smallest of adventurers.The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the basics you need, including pots, pans, dishes, kitchen utensils, toaster, coffee maker and more! Your refrigerator/freezer is large enough to stock your weeks worth of groceries, a 3-burner gas stove with an oven and a microwave so you can cook gourmet tapas or pop some microwave popcorn and relax during an evening movie.The U-shaped dinette is perfect for a quiet family breakfast or while enjoying your morning coffee.You will find sleeping room for up to 5 people, offered by 2 short queen beds (1 rear/1 overhead) which gives you more space to freely move around the unit. The U-shaped dinette also coverts to a full size bed so everyone can enjoy a restful nights sleep.The rear corner bathroom includes a full size shower and a fan for ventilation with plenty of storage for your personal beauty/grooming necessities.If nature rains on your parade, you can watch your favorite movie on the LED TV (has DVD player) in the living area. Welcome to Fireside. Rental. We have a great team that monitors and replies to any questions you have before, during and after making your reservation! We operate as a full-service RV rental management company with nearly 40 locations nationwide! All of our campers are privately owned. We even deliver and set up at the destination of your choice and walk thru the camper with you to make sure you're all set for fun.

Rules of the Road: We hope you'd treat our RV the same way you'd treat your own vehicle. First and foremost, don't do anything illegal or that might get you or someone else hurt. This includes climbing on the roof of the RV. Also, there is a strict no smoking policy that must be adhered to. If evidence of smoking inside the rental is found, MCR reserves the right to charge up to $750 to PROPERLY clean, treat and disinfect. If you prefer to pick up or return an RV earlier or later than scheduled on your reservation an additional fee will be applied if that time is available. If If you're towing or driving an RV then you must dump/empty the septic before return. You should bring the unit back cleaned from your trip or additional fees apply. All drivable rentals include partial free mileage. If you go over your contracted amount, you will be charged per mile. Renters must be 25 years of age or older and hold a valid driver's license. We do not give refunds for early returns. Please be aware the protection package purchased is for the rental reservation period is an excess policy. This means a claim must be filed with the renter’s primary auto insurance carrier first to see if coverage is available through their personal auto policy. If your carrier denies the claim, then Outdoorsy protection plan purchased by the renter would then be updated as the primary coverage for this claim.
