Ann was in constant communication with us. Even when we were having trouble getting through to outdoorsy, she responded to us. She answered all of our questions and helped us trouble shoot when needed. Her RV was equipped with anything and everything that you could want and need. The main bed was SUPER comfy and everything was exceptionally clean. She did a very thorough walk through when we picked up, let us try setting up, and provided a helpful list of set up and tear down tasks.
