Door to the main bedroom was broke so no privacy , the awning we couldn’t use because the previous renters broke , couldn’t use the fridge day 1 as the fridge takes 24hours for it to get cold , if it wasn’t for us just crashing for the couple nights I’d want a full return , would not recommend if your planning on actually using the camper !!

We are so sorry Kyle to hear about your inconvenienced experience. We had no idea that the door was broken but it has since been fixed (the door did and could close it just came off the track bcs the track arm got bent). We told you about the awning and apologized for the inconvenience but could not replace the awning arm fast enough as we had to order this item, and have since made it a rule to not allow anyone to use the awnings because of this. Refrigerators in travel trailers do not get instantly cold like a refrigerator in your home (besides the fact that there were no trees at your campsite AND the temperatures were over 90 degrees that day, making it extremely difficult for a camper refrigerator to get cool) - again this would be Mother Nature and not in our control. We made contact with you several times and even suggested turning on the propane for it to get colder faster. Lastly, we cannot control the fate of our trailers once they leave our possession and pray that we get good renters with well behaved children. Unfortunately, children do bad things and/or make bad choices when left unattended...as to what happened with the door and awning arm in this instance. I hope the bed, bathroom, couch, television, fireplace, DVD player, coffee maker, sink, air conditioner, utensils, outside stove and outside refrigerator, outdoor shower, fresh clean towels & linens, toilet and shower that you were still able to use in the trailer served you well.

Matt was very nice explaining the campers functions. Was kind to bring us some TP when we noticed it. Matt also gave us so items to make S'mores. Nice.

My husband and our 3 boys had such an amazing trip with "Wilbur"! Matthew and Traci were the most wonderful couple to rent from! We could not have been happier with our experience and will absolutely be booking with them again! Thank you so much for helping us build these memories with our family ❤

Traci and Matt were educational as first time renters. We loved “Wilbur” (trailer), our family had a great time and it was easy to use and accommodated our large family! Love the Davis’

I can’t say enough great things about the owners and the RV. They had everything in the RV that we needed plus some extra goodies! The were so responsive on delivery and pick up details. The RV was amazing, beautiful and clean. And the electric fireplace was perfect for our cold weekend and made us feel so cozy. We will definitely be using this RV again - hopefully soon!
