This was our first time renting and we will be repeat customers. The RV was exactly as described. Gordon was a pleasure to work with...quick response time, patient with our many questions, fast set up and on time pick up.

Driver arrived late but was very apologetic. They set unit up and an extension for electric (120 volt 30 amp) was not available. The used a normal extension cord and a/c blew breaker when lights and radio were on. Borrowed one from friendly neighbor so we still had air. Over all satisfied with unit and experience.
