It was a pleasure to deal with Benjamin. Great overall communication; he was very responsive and also very helpful / knowledgable about the RV. We were essentially first-timers and he made things as easy for us as he could. Regarding the trailer, we had no complaints (the unit was accurately described and pictured) other than it was larger than what we really needed for only two people so next time we would look to rent a smaller unit that is also easier to tow & manoeuvre.

Ben was great to rent from and the trailer was awesome! It's lightweight which meant it was a little easier on the gas tank but still had all the bells and whistles. My husband and I shared the trailer with another couple on a 9 day road trip and it perfectly meet our needs.

The RV was amazing, my family and I had a great experience overall. The owner was kind, professional, thorough and well organized in getting the RV prepared for our trip (ie. cleanliness, necessary equipment and complete vehicle orientation). He was very helpful throughout the process and responded to our inquiries in a timely manner.

Benjamin was such a pleasure to work with! His response time was great and he was so helpful when we had any questions :) I would highly recommend the unit as a rental, its lay out is perfect for a couple or smaller family. I like that the bathroom was right off the entrance, so there was less foot traffic to clean up, and there is also a door that separates the bedroom from the rest of the unit. If you plan on entertaining, it also has lots of perks with the fireplace and reclining chairs. Cooking and food prep was a breeze with ample space in the kitchen! I look forward to renting this trailer again in the future! Thanks for the memories :)

Benjamin was a pleasure to deal with. He responded right away to my questions, he was flexible, helpful and friendly. The RV was probably the nicest and newest one I've seen, and our family had so much fun. Felt bigger than a hotel room. We loved that it was dog friendly with zero carpeting and easy sweeping. Would definitely recommend.
