I used the RV as the family vehicle for several years then its just sat in the car port . Family members would use it on occasion. Then I herd about Outdoorsy. Its has been a great experience so far.

We had a grand time thanks to Louises Freelander. Pulled the trailer and quads like a champ... the motorhome was completely outfitted , easy pick up and drop off. We did a memorial out by Cuddeback Lake in near California City thanks Louise

Luis was a great person to rent from. Easy to get ahold of and always made sure our trip was going well. The RV was mechanically strong and everything worked well.

Louis went out of his way to insure the rental was in perfect shape and that things went smoothly. Its rare that I have found someone I have done business with who seems to care as much as Louis. I highly recommend to rent from him. The RV was clean had all the things to make it comfortable and was a delight to do biz with.

We picked up the RV on a day with record-breaking heavy rain. There was a leak in the vent above the bed and a leak in the overhead bed area. However, once the downpour stopped, everything dried out and even though there was more rain (and snow) in the following days, there were no more leak events.
Louis and his brother were very friendly and helpful. Louis even offered to take us to the airport in Palm Springs after the RV return. However, we ended up returning the RV one day early due to less than ideal camping weather, with rain, wind and snow. Also, we needed to be at the airport in the morning, and we realized it would have been a stretch to return the RV the day of our flight. We camped at the Salton Sea as well as 3 nights in Joshua Tree. Needless to say, we made use of the heater every night, and it worked great! The hot water heater also worked well. We used the shower and washed our dishes with no problems. Having no extra charges for generator hours or mileage was a real value!
This RV has been well used with some items repaired from previous heavy use/damage (fold-down countertop would not stay extended, kitchen table wobbled); however, everything essential worked just fine. We used the cooktop, but not the oven or microwave. We made use of the kitchen utensils that were included, which came in very handy. The RV drove very well with no problems and it had ample power on hills. Louis was friendly and accommodating throughout the entire renting process, patiently answering many questions before and after we picked up the RV. He was always easy-going and very enjoyable to work with.

Overall it was a great experience. Louis was kind enough to pick me up at the airport when I arrived and take me back. I spent just over a week in the desert with this RV for the king of the hammers off-road race. In that time it was freezing cold and even snowed but luckily the RV has dedicated heat. Everything worked in the RV even comes with some of the basic essentials like plates silverware cleaning supplies towels bedding and more . I would highly recommend .
