Triet is an excellent host and the vehicle is great. Our first Sprinter Van experience was a success!

Triet was an excellent host renter: Excellent communication provided the van early and was flexible on the return time. The engine battery was weak and he described how to "boost" it with the RV batteries. I was going into the mountains and work with Triet to have a new battery installed before I went into the mountains. Unfortunately, I did not know the tips and tricks to get the propane heater and refrigerator working in the mountains. On my return, Triet showed me the special techniques to use the propane and gave me a discount for my inconvenience. If I had cell service in the mountains, I believe Triet would have stepped me through using the propane heater and refrigerator.

Triet was great - very comprehensive on the walk through and responsive when needed during our trip. The van was immaculate and worked out great for our trip. Thanks Triet!

The owner was very thorough in his explanation of how the van worked. The van was super clean and well-maintained and we had confidence that all would go well. We had no need for communication with him but he was available if we needed him. Will use that van again I’m sure.

We had a wonderful time in Triet's van ~ he was great and kind, van was super clean, he and his family even took care of our car in his driveway. Triet was a pleasure to partner with. We would do it again in a heart beat!

The best value was the support I felt from Triet during the entire rental. He responded within minutes to every question we had before and during the trip, even during the holidays! The van is beautiful and has every amenity you need to take a home on wheels. There was a few instances of trying to figure out the heat and order in which to turn things on (generator before the heat, before the stove, etc), but I am not sure if that is the vehicle or all RVs. When you get the run down when you pick up, take notes so you remember what to do if you need to troubleshoot or just remember how things work. The van got us where we needed to go (decent on gas, ~350mi/tank), gave us a comfortable place to sleep (bring your own egg mattress topper - I slept fine, boyfriend who is 6'3 and 240 needed extra padding), and allowed for us to cook along the way. There are a lot of moving parts and fancy gadgets so we were constantly concerned about breaking something, but it all worked out and we had a great trip. Triet was an awesome person to rent from.
