Predictable and reliable experience with the 2019 Mercedes Benz Revel. Oregon is an amazing place to camp and especially to boondock with a rig like this.

Very easy working with Rico. He communicated a couple of changes needing to be made, and accommodated our request as well. Van was in very nice, and clean condition. This was our first time in a camper/van and would love to do it again sometime.

We had an amazing three week vacation thanks to Road Trip Oregon! It was easy to work with them from start to finish, and we really appreciated being able to call them during our trip when we had questions. It gave us peace of mind to know that Rico was always available to help with any questions or problems no matter how minor they were. We loved the manuverability of the van which made it perfect for camping in the National Parks that we visited. The van was well equipped with everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful experience! We can't wait for our next adventure!

As always, a great road trip experience, thanks to Rico and team. Their Revel was just the ticket for blizzard conditions and a MT arctic freeze. A 12-day trip to MT with snow/ice and below freezing weather just about the entire way, and the Revel kept us warm and dry. Waking to -10°F (-18°F Real Feel) temperatures, we were cozy and warm (68°F) with the diesel-fueled heater, and while traveling, surefooted and responsive with the 4WD feature. All in all a good trip. Thanks Road Trip Oregon for keeping us warm and safe while OTR.

All in all, it was a good experience. I just feel for such an expensive vacation, the customer service could be more improved upon arrival and van check out. You are in the hospitality industry, after all. Check out seemed to be winging it rather than going over a detailed list. One wouldn't have employees interrupting other employees with customers to discus if they can go home for the day or not at a $350 a night hotel, which happened with us. Our vacation time is limited and spending extra at check out shouldn't be an issue. We also realized we had no idea how to work many of the systems once we left and found the manual useless for trouble shooting issues. More detail of "if this goes wrong, try this" would be helpful in the manual and check out. Also, no info on safety features. But overall the van was clean and we had a good experience and would recommend to a friend.

We took the RV to central Oregon, Cove Palisades Campground. This RV was safe and easy to drive, and brought us everywhere we wanted to go. One of the pictures shows an overlook of the state park. We parked there for most of the day, well past sunset. While parked there, we cooked a warm lunch and dinner, coffee and tea, all off-grid. Very nice.

An Amazing Ride! We nicknamed her Dora, lol. She Exceeded everything we thought she would be! took her for 1700 miles to 4 national parks, down the Washington and Oregon coast on Highway 101, and even through the Stout Grove of the Red woods! very impressed! She was well stocked and ready for what we needed!
