About this RVBrand new and newly designed 2020 21 foot bunk house trailer is the first and only one of its size to have a slide out making it spacious enough for the whole crew. It will comfortably sleep 5 or 6 with smaller children. It comes complete with a full private bath, tub/shower combo, full-size refrigerator with freezer, 2 burner gas range and sink. This 21 footer is packed with a lot of add-ons that are included in the price. Weighing in only at 3,730 lbs dry, this unit can be towed by most SUV's and mid-sized trucks.To help make your life easier as well as not impact your wallet as much, the kitchen comes fully stocked with pots, pans, basic cooking and eating utensils, cups, plates and/or bowls,, paper towel and basic cleaning supplies.We do provide clean linens. Each set includes a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a blanket , 1 pillow (2 for the queen set).The bathroom has a tub/shower with a toilet, mirrored cabinet, a sink with underneath storage, towel hooks and RV-Grade toilet paper is included.We do charge a $150.00 Refundable Cleaning Fee. We simply ask that you bring it back in excellent condition and ready to be rented out to the next customer. Failure to return the camper in the same condition you received it will result in the loss of the cleaning fee. Compliance means the Cleaning Fee is fully refunded! So please, make sure it is returned clean.We will provide a hitch and sway bar. You will need a trailer brake and tow package on your vehicle that has a 2” receiver and 7 way electric hookup.

Very nice trailer. It worked very well at a full hookup site. It came with a weight distribution (WD) and sway bar, which was good but I needed to shorten the WD chain for my SUV because its hitch is lower than some other vehicles.

The trailer was very clean and comfortable for our family. Brian and his son were very helpful going over everything before we left. All our questions were answered quickly and Brian was easy to work with. Thanks for helping make our vacation so great. I would definitely rent again!!
