Matt seemed like a nice person. However, in the end it felt like he didn't care much. We
had some issues with the van. The sink drain was broken when we picked the van up and water was cascading into the area under the sink which we didn't notice right away. Instead of causing more water damage, we used the plastic sink tubs we had. All of our meals were cooked in the van with dishes to wash and rinse after each meal. In addition, hand washing, teeth brushing, etc. Anything we had to do with the sink, the water had to be collected and discarded outdoors. 2 weeks of hauling water every time we used the sink was a hassle. It was visibly apparent that this problem had been going on for some time. I would question why it wasn’t repaired before we picked up the van?
The propane tank had not been filled, so we spent over an hour in Jackson, Wyoming finding a place to get it filled, many of the gas stations didn't have propane or weren't filling at the time we stopped. We also had two sensor lights go off. The first was a brake sensor as we were coming down the grade from Logan Pass in Glacier NP. We pulled off the side of the road and I looked for fluid leaks and checked to make sure the brake fluid was full. When we started the van back up the brake check sensor was no longer showing. We looked it up in the Van manual and there was a yellow post-it note marking the page indicating someone else had experienced the issue.
We also had a tire check sensor that was on most of a day. I again checked the tires and was also able to check pressure. The tires were at 78-80 psi. On the van it says to run 65 front and 80 rear, but Matt has non-standard tires so we texted him to see if this psi was OK, he replied that it was. We returned the interior of the van much cleaner than when we picked it up. Matt stated he had given us $120 off from our $300 over mileage to compensate for our frustration. Considering the daily rate we paid for the van rental, we should not have had to experience ANY frustrations about the vehicle.
The van was comfortable and handled nicely and aside from the above mentioned issues, we managed well and had a great trip!

Renting this Solis made possible an amazing spring break road trip. It was cold, we turned on the heater; we got dirty, we turned on the shower; we got hungry, we worked the galley. 4 humans and a dog had a great time.
Matt was super responsive and easy to work with. The van was in tip top shape, clean and well stocked.
We can hardly wait to be repeat customers.

also included a ton of new/clean gear with the rental and were super thoughtful about items and amenities to include with the van. The whole vehicle/experience was flawlessly put together.
