Sadly, we had to cancel our reservation due to COVID-19 but wanted to share our experience anyway. From booking through our unfortunate cancellation, Kelli was really awesome to work with. She was always quick to respond, answered all of our questions and shared helpful insight. When we notified her that we had to cancel, she was just as quick to respond and worked with us to find the best solution. We hope to book with her in 2021 but her communication and style are worthy of a 5-Star review! Kudos for great customer service!
Exactly as promised with excellent communication between owner and renter.
The van is everything it is advertised to be and met all my expectations! Instructions were clear and accurate. Kelli communicated well from beginning to end. The van was clean and ready to go when I arrived.
Kelli’s Sprinter was great to rent. Very clean, comfortable, easy to drive and lots of fun. The bed was very nice to sleep in and the van is tastefully done. The heater was nice since it was pretty chilly at night and we took our 2 month old daughter with us. Kelli was very kind and helpful to work with. Would definitely recommend renting from her.
I think this is the most beautiful beach in all of Washington.
