(6650 lbs dry weight, about 7000 lbs with included items) 2 slide outs, bunk bed, queen master bed, and 2 beds made from the couch and dinette. Full length awning, propane grill, outdoor induction cooktop and speakers on the outside. This is not a camper where you and your family/friends will have to squeeze past each other every time you turn around.The kitchen has a double sink, food prep area, great storage and a large icebox. Duel energy options with both propane and electric enable you to keep your groceries cool in the fridge even when you’re cruising down the road to your destination.
It’s our missions to make sure the kitchen is fully-equipped, so all you have to bring is your groceries. All of the kitchen essentials provided are listed below...if you see something we don’t have let us know so we can get it!! (pots, pans, cutting board, silverware, dish soap, sponge, ladle, spatula, skillet, dish rags, cutting knives, whisk, mixing bowl, trash bags, cleaning supplies, Bialetti Moka Express 3 Cup Espresso Maker, etc.)We include fresh/clean linens for your stay: towels, sheets and quilts for queen bed and bunk beds. You’ll need to bring your own pillows and extra bedding for the dinette full bed or the sofa full bed if needed.The awning is electrical with LED lighting for a nice patio ambiance.The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a small cooler for drinks, an induction cook top, propane grill and you can use the outdoor shower to clean dishes if you want.The front bedroom features a queen bed. Plenty of storage in the bedroom under the bed plus a hanging rack closet and closet space with shelving.The bathroom is spacious with a full vanity and shower.We provide everything you need to get the camper set up plus corn hole, croquet, and a couple of chairs.Pets are kind of allowed. Your pet must be non shedding and under 30 pounds. Please keep your pet clean while they are in the camper.Handoff / Delivery / Setup / PickupSet up is a breeze with an electronic trailer jack and automatic stabilizer jacks.You are required by law to have trailer brake controls on your vehicle.If you’d like us to help with delivery, setup and pickup we can! We also provide a 24 hour hotline if you have any issues or questions during your trip.Reservation & Security DepositsWe require a reservation deposit equal to 50% of your total booking rate, which is refundable subject to the refund requirements listed under refunds.A $1,000.00 security deposit is required to confirm your booking. This security deposit will be held to cover the deductible portion of insurance in the event of an accident, damage or abuse to camper other than collision, any other damage or misuse done to the camper after you're given the keys. The security deposit will be refunded up to (7) days after handoff providing our camper is returned undamaged, on time, cleaned (inside and outside), with holding tanks at empty.
