First time RV-ers, took a trip to Garner State Park for our 5 year wedding anniversary and had a blast! Markus and Kathy went over all of the essentials as I feel like we walked away knowing SO MUCH MORE about motorhomes than I ever thought from just one trip! Highly recommended and we will be renting from them again in the near future!
Hi Julia, we are happy that you and your husband had a great trip. I hope we can welcome you again in the future.
From the first click on the reservation we were in constant communication. The Luna was the perfect size and easy to maneuver. Markus did a walk-though on all of the features and functions, which were very straight forward and easy to manage. We even did the dumping! So much easier than expected, no fuss! We traveled for three three days and two night to two state parks in Texas, and the Luna served us well. Not only would we rent form Outdoorsy again, we would recommend renting from Markus 1000 times over. What a no-hassle treat.
Thank you for your booking and the great review. We are happy that you and your family had a great time with Luna. We hope to welcome you again.
Markus was an excellent host! He was thorough AND funny even my nephew said he would rent from him next time. The RV performed extremely well. I would rent from Markus again.
Thank you for the great review. I hope we can welcome you and your family in the near future.

This was our first RV experience and we decided to rent a Class C medium size unit. After shopping around, we contacted Markus to rent this. Markus and Kathy were super helpful & accommodating . Luna was clean and easy to drive. The Luna is exactly as described and we loved this RV. We did not drove much however experience is very exciting and no problems. We knew that Markus and Kathy were available 24 hours a day if we had a problem. When we received Luna, it was spotlessly clean and appeared very well taken of by them. Since this was our first RV trip, they explained all of the workings of the RV. We will definitely rent from this couple again. Looking forward to our next adventure!!
Thank you for the great review. I hope we can welcome you and your family again in the near future. The RV came back in a perfect condition. Please stay safe and healthy.

This was our first RV experience and we decided to rent a Class C unit. After shopping around, we contacted Markus and Kathy to rent this unit mainly because they provided 175 free miles per day as opposed to the normal 100 miles per day for many of the other units listed. This couple is very accommodating and are a pleasure to work with. The Luna unit is exactly as described and we loved this RV. We drove over 2400 miles (Arizona, Utah, Colorado, & New Mexico) and experienced no problems whatsoever with this unit. We knew that Markus and Kathy were available 24 hours a day if we had a problem. When we received Luna, it was spotlessly clean and appeared very well taken of by Markus and Kathy. Since this was our first RV trip, they explained all of the workings of the RV. We will definitely rent from this couple again. You will not be disappointed if you rent from them.
Thank you for your great review. We are happy that you had a great time with your wife and Luna. I hope we can welcome you again in the near future.
WARNING! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LISTER. The RV failed on us with no fault of ours. The road side assistant insurance never showed up and we had to cut our trip short. After we returned the RV, Markus charged our cc for things he personally did to fix his RV. No walk thru with us to review for damage when we returned like renting a car. He just charged our card later instead of apologizing for the inconvenience of his RV ruining our trip.
DO NOT RENT YOUR RV TO THIS RENTER! We gave Mr. G a complete walkthrough during pickup, as you can see in other reviews we are doing for each renter. They told us they had some knowledge, but it is part of our process to provide each renter with the same attention. We highlighted several times, that they need to use the pressure reducer for City Water, because otherwise they can destroy the waterlines in the RV. The "blue" pressure reducer was connected to the water hose. They told us that the water was working fine on the first night. He also told us, that water was coming out under the sink, when the disconnected the City Water. They went to a second campground and connected the City Water again. Water was coming out under the sink immediately after they connected the City Water. We had several messages and calls with him, and he told us that they not connected the water pressure reducer to the hose. He even said that the first campground had no regulator to reduce the water pressure on the outlet. They not have used the pressure reducer the whole time. We've told and texted him to contact the Outdoorsy Roadside assistant right way (text messages are still available for review). He told us later, that they were on hold and that the hotline couldn't provide them with an estimate when a mechanic can be there. He called us in the evening and told us that he need to cut his trip short. He came the next day at 4:30 pm (regular drop off and the end of his trip was 11:00 am on that day - so it wasn't a short cut). He gave us the keys and left, without finishing the whole drop off process. We checked the connections in order to find the issue and to save him money. We found that the connection between the outside and the water line was disconnected, due to the high water pressure. We have fixed this in order to save money for him. We found other issues (open exit window (he was even driving with this), rip in the sofa, water damages in the kitchen, missing pressure reducer, etc.). We have changed him under $400 for this, after we've sent him pictures and explained the things we've done. We also sent him a prove (pictures) that the water damage wasn't a malfunction or missing maintenance. Our dealership has sent us an estimate for all the repairs of close to $2,000.
