1.0After picking up the van, I immediately discovered that the registration and tags were expired. I returned the van right away and contacted Outdoorsy to report the issue. I requested a full refund, as I never received the benefit of a legally usable vehicle. The owners are disputing this, despite the fact that driving with expired tags poses a clear legal risk to and is entirely the owner’s responsibility.
