2012 Chateau 24' Class C

Do you want to plan a vacation getaway in an easy to maneuver, reliable, clean home away from home? This 24’ Chateau has 25k miles on her and is the perfect size RV for a small family or group of friends. She drives like a big truck and her V10 engine climbs our local mountain passes with ease. Backing into campsites is a breeze and the awning is electric, so you can be all set up and ready to relax in just minutes! We love to take a couple friends and go wine tasting in Chelan or Walla Walla. A trip to the beach for clam digging is always more fun when followed by a nice warm shower, fresh clams for dinner, and a comfortable bed. She’s taken us to the slopes for ski getaways and would make a great home base for the avid hunter. And if you’re just looking to do some camping, exploring or sightseeing, she’s a great rig for that as well. The Chateau can sleep 4 adults and 2 children comfortably. We supply three comforters and queen bed sheets. Master bed (back corner) - Queen, sleeps 2, memory foam topper Guest bed (over cab) - Double, sleeps 2 Children bed (dinette) - Full, sleeps 2 small people (or your fur babies) The kitchen has a stove, range, microwave, sink, and fridge/freezer. It is stocked well with complete service for 6, including: Dishes: 6 Plates, 6 bowls, 7 water glasses, 8 wine glasses Pans: 2 skillets, saucepan, baking sheet, griddle, stock pot, slow cooker Misc: storage containers, colander, can opener, wine key, garbage can Utensils: 6 forks/spoons/knives/steak knives Serving: spatula, serving spoons, knives Linen: 2 dish towels, 2 wash towels, dish sponge The bathroom has a toilet, sink, medicine cabinet and stand up shower. We supply:
Linens: 2 beach towels, 6 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 wash towels TP: 4 rolls of RV rated biodegradable toilet paper There is a large outdoor storage space equipped with: Setup: leveling blocks and wheel chocks Cooking: propane bbq, utensils, Seating: 4 camp chairs, 2 small tables Misc: ice chest, firewood hatchet, cleaning supplies SEPTIC DUMP POLICY: You may choose to forgo dumping your septic waste, as it is known to be an unpleasant task. While it is a task I am not fond of as well, I will do it for a $25 charge. You can choose this option up front or just bring it back less than empty and I will take it out of the deposit. PET POLICY: Feel free to bring your fur babies along for the family vacation. There is a one time standard cleaning fee of $100 for pets, and if there are damages, which sometimes happens, the cost of repair or cleaning will be withheld from the deposit.

We couldn't have asked for a better overall experience. Our family of 4 camps about once or twice a year and therefore don't keep a lot of camping supplies stocked. Not a problem with The Chateau! It came stocked with everything from linens and towels to camping grill, chairs and even wine...
