Owner is claiming deposit for damage that was pre existing, and claiming tanks were not cleaned when returned. Luckily I have video and pictures showing otherwise. The rv has obvious signs of wear and tear, and the owner pointed out scuffs and scratches that were there at pick up as well. None show up on camera but are obvious in person. The tanks were not empty at pick up either, so we had to dump the day of pick up before the trip started. Choose another rv for your trip, and avoid this headache. Outdoorsy is investigating her claims and suggested I leave an honest review.

I’m sorry you’re hurt that you had to pay for bringing my RV back with your feces in it. Next time you “empty the tanks” please check the toilet and pour a bucket of water in it to make sure everything goes down. It took my husband and I over an hour to unclog it. The tanks were empty at pickup. I told you there might be a little water in the grey tank because I was cleaning the kitchen sink. When we checked it before you left it showed they were empty. Plus you went 1,000 miles over what you’re suppose to. As for the claim on the scratches, I didn’t even bring that up to outdoorsy. I have before and after pictures of that too.

Had a wonderful time. The RV was easy to drive and felt very roomy. Marie was so helpful and responsive. She was also understanding to work around our pick up and drop off needs. Would recommend highly.

We booked with Marie and were unable to reach her over the several weeks leading up to our trip, outdoorsy was unsuccessful in contacting her within 48 hours of our trip so we had to cancel 2 days prior to our reservation. We have still not received a response or anything to that affect from her. I strongly recommended booking elsewhere.

I’m an deeply sorry Stacy. During that time the fires were going on and my grandmother had to be evacuated and then my family had to evacuate as well. If you ever need to rent an rv again I will give you a really good deal to make it up to you. If not I totally understand. I would feel the same way. I hope you had a nice vacation. Take care
