Lori was great to work with and was very thorough in explaining all functions of the RV. This trip was a wonderful first-time RV experience for our family. Would do it again!

Generator not working with A/C.

Renting with Lori was easy from start to finish. The RV is in good shape and drives easier than I had imagined. We camped in northern Michigan (in early October), and keeping the RV warm was easy with either the RV's furnace (which uses the propane system) or with an electric heater (we brought one along and used this to avoid worries about how much propane we would need to use). Hook ups and leveling were easy and straight forward. We didn't try to watch broadcast TV or the cable hookup (available at some campgrounds). We did bring a roku and screencast to the roku from a tablet, which worked fine. Note:. This RV was customized from the standard floorplan for the model year. The bunk beds were replaced with closet storage (which was very welcome). Otherwise the builder floorplans for this model/year (available on the Jayco website) are accurate. Definitely would rent from Lori again - but may be investing in an RV of our own after this trip!

Owners answered any and all questions in a timely manner, and was easy to speak too. My family loved the rv and would definitely rent again in the future!
