From pick up to drop off it was a great experience. Everything we forgot was in the trailer. I have used trailers before but was shown everything with not question needed. Any question I had about the rental was asked almost instantly which was amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to rent.

The RV was wonderful. We had an unforgettable trip. Jamie and Stuart were very nice and did an amazing job setting us up. I do have 1 concern, I was charged for Towing insurance on the original reservation and then later changed the size of the unit which resulted in a delivery charge but no credit was given for Road insurance. Please Explain
