2020 4X4 Winnebago Revel "Pluto"

Absolutely amazing experience. I was so happy with our decision to go with Matt and California Campers. The RV was clean, safe, comfortable, and just basically new in every way. I can't wait for our next trip. It really is an ideal way to have the most options when camping.

Highlights: Slept like a baby in super fancy and clean bedding provided.
Rig was so easy to drive. Really doesn't feel like you're driving anything bigger than a truck.
All Mercedes so the mechanics and tech is really user friendly.
Shower was way better than it looked. I thought it was going to be uncomfortably small. It was not, and the hot water heater really helped.
Cooking and doing dishes was convenient. Induction stove cooks fast!

Wish list:
Bring an outdoor mat for outside the van. Game changer.
Be practical about what you put in the fridge. I packed it with beer, so there wasn't as much space for other food :)
Bring taller travel chairs for the outside table, it's on the taller side.

Highly recommend taking “Pluto” out to enjoy the great outdoors! Dealing with the nice folks at California Campers could not have been easier! The camper was clean, stocked as described and very easy to pick up and return. We had a blast and will rent from California Campers”again!

We had a wonderful weekend in our camper. The camper was very clean when we picked it up and in great condition. Only the water tank wasn't completely full, but that was no problem for us this time. We particularly valued the flexibility with the pick up and drop off times. We will be back!

Great trip, great camper van! The pickup was very easy. I had a couple of questions on the 2nd day that were quickly answered. Everything went very well. The van has a lot of torque which was awesome on twisty roads and uphills. The drop off was also easy. Thanks to Ela, Matt, and Marcelo!

First let me say I don't give out a lot of 5 star ratings; not everyone gets a trophy ;-). That said, I drove Ela's Revel across California and it went largely without a hitch. Ela and her team were really easy to work with, the vehicle was clean and well maintained, was very easy to drive, and most of the features of the vehicle worked without a hitch.

One problem was the back the shower/hose attachment. I was able to use it once, and then the receiver stopped working. The shower hose still worked on the insider shower, but you could no longer insert it into the outside shower. This was a bit of problem as I couldn't wash off gear before I put it into storage.

Other minor items that would improve the overall experience; it would be nice if the pots, tableware etc. were placed in insulted drawers so they didn't rattle around. Right now it's in a bin in the back; considering the daily rate this would be a treatment that IMHO should be included. The stock bed could be improved on as it is a bit rough around the edges. It does the job, but again for the rate, I would hope for a slightly better experience.

Overall Ela was really easy to work with and a delivered a very good experience. I don't give out a lot of 5 stars but this one was close. A minor glitch and a little more thought would have put it in the 5 star rating for me.
