This beautiful 2014 38 foot unit sleeps 2 in absolute luxury! Every available option for the most comfortable camping experience possible. Have fun all day and relax all night while staying cool with a high powered air conditioner (when plugged in to power or with generator add-on).
One King bed, LED TV, large refrigerator, kitchen island, 2 recliners, indoor and outdoor radio and speakers, recessed LED lighting throughout, solid surface countertops, spacious living room, heating, tinted privacy windows, large closet and tons of storage and a 53 Gallon Freshwater tank for dry camping.
Includes: plastic utensils, plastic cups, paper plates, paper bowls, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning supplies. We provide one full set of bedding with two pillows for the master bed. We also provide two bath towels. Additional linens available.
Also includes: Air conditioning, shower, sinks, toilet, hot water heater, propane, stove, refrigerator, microwave, oven.

Delivery is available upon request and approval. If you would like to pick up the unit, a standard fifth wheel hitch or gooseneck with proper adapter is required. A $1,500 deposit is required which is fully refundable damage deposit. Excessive cleaning will be charged against damage deposit. "Peace of mind" insurance Required if you will be towing the vehicle. *Any bookings during Burning Man (late August/early September) will have an increased rate and require a minimum 6 night reservation.

Please no climbing on the roof or smoking inside the vehicle. Max speed 55 MPH. Use of awning is at renters risk. Be sure to make wide turns to avoid cutting corners. Please return vehicle in the same condition you received it with emptied black/gray tanks, full gas and clean inside and out. Refer to the full rental contract for additional details.
