Horrible. I rented an RV, was never contacted by the host after multiple attempts were made, wound up paying a premium for renting RV #2 at the last minute, and my credit card was still charged. Trying to get charges removed, what a hassle!

Extremely accommodating and take good care of the camper and renters. Rented this camper twice now and will continue to for as long as we can.
