Beds include: Queen Bed in private room and two bunk beds in the bunkhouse. Additional sleeping with a convertible couch in the bunkhouse and living room, as well as a fold down dining table. Plenty of storage; Outdoor kitchen; Small TV in bunkhouse and bedroom and large TV with DVD player in living room, radio and outdoor speakers. Outdoor lighting and power awning. The camper is pet friendly, but we expect your pets to be well-mannered and potty-trained. Any stains or damage will be taken from your deposit. 3/4 TON OR LARGER TOW VEHICLE is needed for smooth towing. (F250, Ram 2500 or Chevy 2500) The tow vehicle must have an electronic brake controller and standard 2” square hitch receiver. Hitch, weight distribution system, and sway control included with rental. The tow vehicle MUST BE EQUIPPED on your pick-up date with a round 7-way pin connector and electric brake controller. The tow vehicle must have liability insurance coverage. At departure, a copy of the tow vehicle's insurance card will be made. The renters name must match the name on the insurance card or be listed as an additional driver. Other Amenities: Included in your rental is everything you will need to use and run the camper: wash cloths, bath towels, and hand towels; sheets, and blankets for the queen bed and sheets and blankets for both double bunks, silverware, bowls, cups, plates, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, cutting board, some cookware, dish soap, RV toilet paper, hand soap, supply of paper products (napkins, paper towels, plates, bowls), some cleaning supplies, RV sewage hose kit, black water tank treatment, water hoses for drinking water and tank flush, propane, wheel chocks, leveling blocks, main power cord, and adapter plug. Delivery, Set-up, & Pickup Service: For a fee, we will tow and set up the camper to any location with adequate hook-ups (No Generator available) within about 150 miles of Bellville, TX or Richmond, TX and then pick it up when you are done with it. No towing necessary on your part-- you just make the reservations and enjoy!
